Optical Design -2012 Starting in January 2012 there will be some changes in the way we operate. Previously, our multi-service business has traded with each service under it’s own name. For example, ODLWEB and ODLBOOKKEEPING. This year all operations will be under the one name, OPTICAL DESIGN. This will provide a central point of contact for the services we offer. The previous references to ODLWEB etc. will remain for familiarity. Our web sites will still be able to be viewed via the previous web addresses but will now all be located together. The preferred web address will be: WWW.OPTICALDESIGN.COM.AU Clients will not notice any change in our great relationship and one-to-one service and the benefits of one name to remember for all our business support services will benefit everyone. Our aim will be to help you improve your business through the technology we offer. We will, be offering a variety services to enhance your business or make operation easier. These include:-

If one of our network or clients does not provide the service you require, Optical Design will provide a paid assistance service to research and locate an appropriate provider for your needs. eMagazine Optical Design eMagazine will be produced on a fortnightly basis initially. The content will cover products and services offered by us and our clients in a form that can be easily read by all our other clients via email distribution or by viewing our web site. The general public will also be able to see the eMagazine on the web site. If your business is featured in an issue, we can arrange for embed code to be place on your web site so your customers can view the eMagazine directly from your web page. There will also be tips and information about how to improve your web site, information on computers, bookkeeping and more from our various team members. Back-issues will be stored for archive purposes and will be able to be viewed on-line. CLIENT INTERVIEWS Optical Design are offering a new service where we can interview or film your business for promotion on the internet. The finished product can be displayed on your web site or sent to customers via email. Your segment could even be included on our fortnightly web show Biz Adelaide.

Biz Adelaide Web broadcasting is a great way to reach potential customers and provide up-to-date information and visual promotion of your products, specials, new items and business news. Biz Adelaide is a 5 minute Web TV show that will be recorded fortnightly. You can promote your business in one of our segments or you can have the entire show to yourself. You can appear in the production personally if you like, or we can produce the segment for you using our presenters. You may even prefer an interview type arrangement. Completed productions are broadcast via the BizAdelaide web site and can also be embedded into your company web site (by arrangement).
