Staff work hard at communicating with all stakeholders in their preferred medium
Results of tests are given to patients as soon as possible once they are received
Information is shared openly and honestly with patients and other stakeholders and internally, within the healthcare team.

The interactions of doctors and staff demonstrate trust and respect.
Respect is shown to all patients. All patients are treated to exceptional service.
Respect is granted to any person who enters the practice including patients, suppliers, pharmaceutical representatives and other stakeholders.
The staff at Optimal Health Medical Clinic also participate in a broad range of local and regional activities both professionally and socially in support of the local community.
Fairness
We aim to provide the highest quality medical care to all patients regardless of their ability to pay.
Staff will never refuse service to the poor or needy in the community
Fees are taken from those who can afford to pay
The clinic offers placements for trainee doctors, nurses and other staff as required

we work under the Optimal Health Medical Centre Code of Practice and follow our policies and procedures at all times
