Oracle will provide you the following remote services (“Services”) related to your Oracle
Communication Planning and Discovery:
Facilitate one (1) technical discovery session with your team to create a Design Recommendations
Document for the high level configuration requirements for your Internet Protocol (“IP”) telephony
and network infrastructures;
Assist you with high level configuration planning and assess your installation readiness;
Map your configuration requirements to standard configurations within Oracle products; and
Provide you with a Design Configuration Recommendations Document.
The Services above will be performed by remote delivery resources, and do not include physical hardware
installation, "end-to-end" testing, trouble-shooting, configuration services, or any other services not
expressly identified herein.
The Services must be used within twelve (12) months from your order’s signature date, unless otherwise
stated in your order (“Professional Services Period”). Any Services not used within the Professional
Services Period will be automatically forfeited by you, with no further action required of either party, and
you will not be entitled to a refund, or any credit toward additional or other services, for any unused
portion of the fees paid for any unused Services. You may not use the fees for any services other than the
Services stated herein.
Oracle Communications Onsite Planning and Discovery Service Part Number: B75378
Oracle will provide you the following onsite services (“Services”) related to your Oracle Communication
Planning and Discovery:
Facilitate one (1) technical discovery session with your team to create a Design Recommendations
Document for the high level configuration requirements for your Internet Protocol (“IP”) telephony
and network infrastructures;
Assist you with high level configuration planning and assess your installation readiness;
Map your configuration requirements to standard configurations within Oracle products; and

The fee for the onsite Services above are inclusive of travel and out-of-pocket expenses. These Services

Oracle will provide the following remote services (“Services”) related to your Oracle Communications
Session Border Controller (“OCSBC”):
Facilitate one (1) remote technical discovery session to understand your high level OCSBC
configuration requirements and to complete a site survey document which will capture the current
Internet Protocol (“IP”) addresses of your telephony and network infrastructures;
Configure one OCSBC or one OCSBC high availability pair for either Session Initiation Protocol

Oracle will provide the following remote services (“Services”) related to your Oracle Communications
Session Border Controller (“OCSBC”):
Facilitate one (1) remote technical discovery session to understand your high level OCSBC
configuration requirements and to complete a site survey document which will capture the current
Internet Protocol (“IP”) addresses of your telephony and network infrastructures;
Based on the information gathered in the technical discovery session, remotely configure one
OCSBC or one OCSBC high availability pair such that it accommodates one of the following:
o Configurations including Transport Layer Security (TLS) and Secure Real-Time Transport
Protocol (SRTP); or IPsec;
o Session Initiation Protocol (“SIP”) access configurations (with or without Oracle
Communications Session Load Balancer);
o Basic dial plan implementations;
o SIP/H.323 interworking;
o Transcoding.
Remotely test that one seven-message SIP call flow and accompanying media completes across the
OCSBC.
The following OCSBC configurations are excluded from OCSBC Configuration Services – Intermediate
Complexity:

Microsoft Lync configurations; and
Complex dial plan implementations.

Oracle will provide the following remote services (“Services”) related to your Oracle Communications
Session Border Controller (“OCSBC”):
Oracle will:
Facilitate one (1) remote technical discovery session to understand your high level OCSBC
configuration;
Based on the information gathered in the technical discovery session, perform configuration
extensions on one OCSBC or one OCSBC high availability pair so as to address one of the
following areas of functionality:
o Addition of a new Session Initiation Protocol (“SIP”) trunk to an existing configuration;
o Introduction of realms, session agents, SIP interfaces, or configuration objects of similar
complexity;
o Updates to routing policies;
o Creation and validation of Header Manipulation Rules (“HMR”).
Services above will be performed remotely by Oracle Consultants, and are not to exceed one day of
Consulting Services effort. These services do not include physical hardware installation, "end-to-end"
testing, troubleshooting, or any other services not expressly identified herein.
The Services must be used within twelve (12) months from your order’s signature date, unless otherwise
stated in your order (“Professional Services Period”). Any Services not used within the Professional
Services Period will be automatically forfeited by you, with no further action required of either party, and

Oracle will provide the following remote services (“Services”) related to your Oracle Communications
Session Border Controller (“OCSBC”):
Facilitate one (1) remote technical preparation session with your team to review configuration
and troubleshooting objectives and strategies; and
Participate in one (1) customer maintenance window to provide expert guidance and assistance
with configuration and troubleshooting activities.
Not in scope: physical hardware installation, "end-to-end" testing, troubleshooting, or any other services
not expressly identified herein.
The Services must be used within twelve (12) months from your order’s signature date, unless otherwise
stated in your order (“Professional Services Period”). Any Services not used within the Professional
Services Period will be automatically forfeited by you, with no further action required of either party, and
you will not be entitled to a refund, or any credit toward additional or other services, for any unused

Oracle Communications Session Border Controller Documentation

Oracle will provide the following remote services (“Services”) related to your Oracle Communications
Session Border Controller (“OCSBC”):
Facilitate one (1) technical session with your team to review your OCSBC configuration; and
Provide you an OCSBC configuration document that includes:
o Realm diagrams;
o IP address reference tables;
o Header Manipulation Rule descriptions; and
o An annotated OCSBC configuration.
Services above will be performed remotely by Oracle Consultants, and does not include configuration
activities or any other tasks not expressly identified herein.
The Services must be used within twelve (12) months from your order’s signature date, unless otherwise
stated in your order (“Professional Services Period”). Any Services not used within the Professional
Services Period will be automatically forfeited by you, with no further action required of either party, and
you will not be entitled to a refund, or any credit toward additional or other services, for any unused

Oracle Communications Hardware Engineering Site Survey - Per Node
Per Site
Part # B75476
Description of Services
Oracle will provide you with the following System Hardware Installation Services (“Services”) at your
location for your hardware system(s) as defined in your order (“the systems”):
1. Conduct an Early Job Conference (“EJC”) installation planning session to create a schedule of events,
action registers, Methods of Procedure (“MOPs”), and an associated responsibility matrix for Oracle
and you;
2. Conduct, with your assistance, a physical site survey and compile a list of materials required for the
installation. The site survey includes assessment of the following:
A. Confirmation and suitability of access routes to the installation location, such as doors, elevators,
floor strengths, and ramps;
B. A review of the availability of the following equipment to properly run and maintain the system
availability:
1. Suitable electrical power; and
2. Availability of installed and properly terminated electrical power and grounding equipment to
run and maintain systems.
C. Observation of environmental conditions at the installation site, such as temperature control,
humidity, and cleanliness; and
D. Any other conditions related to the installation of the systems that Oracle deems necessary to
assess.
3. Create a site report (“Site File Book”), to document the site block diagrams, equipment layout
schematics, power and network requirements, material list, cable length and run lists, cable labeling,
and recommendations and requirements related to the installation of the systems; and
4. Provide assistance with configuration planning and assessment of installation readiness.
Your Obligations and Project Assumptions
In addition to the obligations and assumptions stated in your order, you acknowledge that Oracle’s ability
to perform the Services depends upon your fulfillment of the following obligations and the following
project assumptions:
Your Obligations
1. Maintain the properly configured hardware/operating system platform to support the Services.

2. Obtain licenses under separate contract for any necessary Oracle software and hardware Programs
before the commencement of Services.
3. Maintain annual technical support for the Oracle software and hardware under separate contract
throughout the term of the Services.
4. Provide Oracle with full access to relevant functional, technical and business resources with adequate
skills and knowledge to support the performance of Services.
5. Provide, for all Oracle resources performing Services at Your site, a safe and healthful workspace
(e.g, a workspace that is free from recognized hazards that are causing, or likely to cause, death or
serious physical harm, a workspace that has proper ventilation, sound levels acceptable for resources
performing Services in the workspace, and ergonomically correct work stations, etc.).
6. Provide any notices, and obtain any consents, required for Oracle to perform Services.
7. Limit Oracle’s access to any production environment or shared development environments to the
extent necessary for Oracle to perform Services.
8. As required by U.S. Department of Labor regulations (20 CFR 655.734 ), You will allow Oracle to
post a Notice regarding Oracle H-1B employee(s) at the work site prior to the employee's arrival on
site.
9. If while performing Services Oracle requires access to other vendor’s products that are part of Your
system, You will be responsible for acquiring all such products and the appropriate license rights
necessary for Oracle to access such products on your behalf.
10. Prior to the commencement of Services, perform back-up or archival reproductions of all software
and data contained on all hardware system(s), and within any of your systems or equipment that may
be affected by the Services.
11. Prior to the commencement of Services, inform Oracle of any storage, server, system, application,
equipment or environment modifications that may affect Oracle’s performance of the Services.
12. Supply of ancillary equipment, including AC and DC power equipment (e.g., power plants, DC
circuit breakers/termination, UPS AC, system grounding), Digital Signal Cross Connection (“DSX”)
termination for all wired Oracle hardware equipment, and LAN/WAN network infrastructure.
13. Provide Oracle with your proposed requirements at least one week prior to the commencement of
Services.
14. Ensure Oracle has appropriate access to the facilities where the Services are to be performed.
15. Ensure required environmental modifications that come out of the Engineering Site Survey are
addressed prior to delivery of Service as they pertain to power, grounding, environment temperature
control, humidity, and cleanliness.
16. Ensure the physical environment where the Services are to be performed is appropriately modified
(e.g., disabling fire alarms and suspending use of oxygen depletion systems) for the duration of the
Services so as to allow Oracle to safely perform the Services.
17. Prior to the commencement of Services, provide Oracle with a single point of contact who will be
available to Oracle, for the duration of the Services, to coordinate Services at your location.
18. Be responsible for the disposal of all shipping materials to include the frame crating materials.
Project Assumptions
1. The installation assumes cable runs of up to 100 feet in length. If cable runs exceed this length,
additional charges will apply.
2. Services will be scheduled based on a mutually agreeable project schedule at the location where the
Services are to be performed as specified in the order.

3. You acknowledge and agrees that the performance of Services is contingent upon the system
hardware being undamaged and including all the relevant system components. In the event Oracle is
unable to perform the Services because the system is damaged or components are missing, the parties
will mutually agree to reschedule the Services.
4. Oracle will not connect any electrical power supplies, or perform any other electrical work that, in
Oracle’s sole opinion should be performed by a licensed electrician.
5. The following Services are not included in the scope above:
a. Environmental or electrical site planning;
b. Building alterations;
c. Frame and aisle lighting;
d. Superstructure, cable, or cable racks;
e. DC termination facilities and equipment (e.g. cross-connect panels or equipment, multiplexers,
distributing frame blocks, ground blocks, circuit breakers and/or fuse holders);
f. Fiber cables and cabling;
g. Any building construction work of any kind;
h. Penetration of walls, floors, or ceilings to run interface cables between rooms or floors;
i. Updates or upgrades to the systems; and
j. Any other service not specifically identified in the description of services above.
You acknowledge that if Oracle’s cost of providing Services is increased because of your failure to meet
the obligations listed above, failure to provide cooperation, or because of any other circumstance outside
of Oracle’s control, then you agree to pay Oracle for such increased costs. Such increased costs may
include time during which Oracle resources are under-utilized because of delays.

Oracle Communications Hardware Installation- Per DC Frame or DC
Application Frame enclosure extension

Oracle will provide you with the following System Hardware Installation Services (“Services”) at your
location for your hardware system(s) as defined in your order (“the systems”):
1. Unpack the Direct Current (“DC”) hardware;
2. Conduct a physical inspection of the DC hardware;

3. Position, level, and mount the DC frame or DC enclosure (the top support and raised floor/
earthquake brace mounting labor is included);
4. Run, ground and connect the DC power and ground cabling from the DC frame to your supplied
grounding bar and DC power termination panel;
5. Label, run, and connect the interface cabling from the DC equipment to your network enclosure,
switch, or Digital Signal Cross Connection (“DSX”) panel;
6. Perform hardware verification testing, based on Oracle standard hardware test procedure; and
7. Provide you with an Installation Completion Notice (“ICN”).
Your Obligations and Project Assumptions
In addition to the obligations and assumptions stated in your order, you acknowledge that Oracle’s ability
to perform the Services depends upon your fulfillment of the following obligations and the following
project assumptions:

completion, (the “review period”), then the Services shall be deemed completed at the end of the review
period.

Oracle Communications Hardware Installation - Per AC Frame

Oracle will provide you with the following System Hardware Installation Services (“Services”) at your
location for your hardware system(s) as defined in your order (“the systems”):
1. Unpack the Alternating Current (“AC”) hardware;
2. Conduct a physical inspection of the AC hardware;
3. Position, level, and mount the AC frame (the Top support and raised floor/ earthquake brace
mounting labor is included in this Service);
4. Run, ground and connect the AC power and ground cabling from the AC frame to your supplied AC
power connection point;
5. Label, run, and connect the interface cabling from the AC equipment to your network enclosure,
switch, or Digital Signal Cross Connection (“DSX”) panel;

serious physical harm, a workspace that has proper ventilation, sound levels acceptable for resources
performing Services in the workspace, and ergonomically correct work stations, etc.).

10. Prior to the commencement of Services, perform back-up or archival reproductions of all software
and data contained on all hardware system(s), and within any of your systems or equipment that may
be affected by the Services.
11. Prior to the commencement of Services, inform Oracle of any storage, server, system, application,
equipment or environment modifications that may affect Oracle’s performance of the Services.
12. Supply of ancillary equipment, including AC and DC power equipment (e.g., power plants, DC
circuit breakers/termination, UPS AC, system grounding), DSX termination for all wired Oracle
hardware equipment, and LAN/WAN network infrastructure.
13. Provide Oracle with your proposed requirements at least one week prior to the commencement of
Services.
14. Ensure Oracle has appropriate access to the facilities where the Services are to be performed.
15. Ensure required environmental modifications that come out of the Engineering Site Survey are
addressed prior to delivery of Service as they pertain to power, grounding, environment temperature
control, humidity, and cleanliness.
16. Ensure the physical environment where the Services are to be performed is appropriately modified
(e.g., disabling fire alarms and suspending use of oxygen depletion systems) for the duration of the
Services so as to allow Oracle to safely perform the Services.
17. Prior to the commencement of Services, provide Oracle with a single point of contact who will be
available to Oracle, for the duration of the Services, to coordinate Services at your location.
18. Be responsible for the disposal of all shipping materials to include the frame crating materials.

1. The installation assumes cable runs of up to 100 feet in length. If cable runs exceed this length,
additional charges will apply.
2. Services will be scheduled based on a mutually agreeable project schedule at the location where the

being undamaged and including all the relevant system components. In the event Oracle is unable to
perform the Services because the system is damaged or components are missing, the parties will
mutually agree to reschedule the Services.

the obligations listed above, failure to provide cooperation, or because of any other circumstance outside
of Oracle’s control, then you agree to pay Oracle for such increased costs. Such increased costs may
include time during which Oracle resources are under-utilized because of delays.
Upon completion of the Services, Oracle will provide you a written notice (e.g. an installation completion
notice). If you fail to provide written notice to Oracle that the Services do not conform to the service
descriptions set forth above, within five (5) business days after the date of Oracle’s written notice of
completion, (the “review period”), then the Services shall be deemed completed at the end of the review
period.
The fee for the onsite Services above are inclusive of travel and out-of-pocket expenses. The Services
must be used within twelve (12) months from your order’s signature date, unless otherwise stated in your

will be automatically forfeited by you, with no further action required of either party, and you will not be

c. Diagnose the underlying cause of an incident and propose work-around(s) where practical and/or appropriate.
3. Provide guidance specific to the following topics: a. System performance and resources usage, b. Resource configuration and parameter settings, and c. Industry standards recommendations.
Your Obligations and Project Assumptions
In addition to the obligations and assumptions stated in your order, you acknowledge that Oracle’s ability to perform the Services depends upon your fulfillment of the following obligations and the following project assumptions:
Your Obligations
1. Assist to clarify the configuration to external peers. 2. Provide system credentials to access to the Oracle Platforms. 3. Maintain annual technical support for the Oracle hardware and software with access to software
patches and updates made available by Oracle under separate contract throughout the term of the Services.
4. Maintain the properly configured hardware/operating system platform to support the Services. 5. Conduct the project with Oracle according to Oracle pre-defined and supplied project plan and
project management plan. 6. Limit Oracle’s access to any production environments or shared development environments to the
extent necessary for Oracle to perform Services. 7. If services are provided remotely, Oracle resources may provide Services via phone, a customer-
specific web portal (if ordered), and/or electronic communication. You agree that Oracle resources
may access Your systems, throughout the performance of Services, using an Oracle defined standard
virtual private network (“VPN”) or Oracle Web Conference (“OWC”). If a network connection
between Oracle and Your systems is required for Oracle resources to perform Services under this
order, You will provide access to Oracle as follows:

i. You are responsible for ensuring that (i) Your network and systems comply with specifications
Oracle provides, (ii) all components of Your Oracle software environment are accessible through
the VPN, and (iii) the VPN is installed in a timely manner for Oracle to perform the Services.
ii. You are responsible for acquiring and maintaining any equipment and performing any labor
and/or activities necessary to set-up and maintain network connectivity at and to Your Oracle
environment.
iii. You will provide and maintain user accounts for, and access to, the VPN for the Oracle team
members, including but not limited to, Oracle’s onsite remote and offshore resources.
Oracle is not responsible for network connections or for issues, problems or conditions arising from
or related to network connections, such as bandwidth issues, excessive latency, network outages,
and/or any other conditions that are caused by an internet service provider, or the network
connection. If Your VPN client software and/or VPN infrastructure fails to allow Oracle access
to perform Services under this order, You agree to pay for any increased costs resulting from
Your failure. Oracle will prepare an amendment to this order for the change in the Services and
fees resulting from such failure. If You do not review and approve such amendment within five
(5) days after Your receipt thereof, Oracle may terminate its performance of Services under this
order.
Project Assumptions 1. The commencement and delivery schedule for the services will be mutually agreed to between you
and Oracle. 2. All Consulting Services will only be provided for Oracle Communication General Available ("GA")
product releases. 3. All documentation deliverables shall use the Oracle standard template. Any non-standard
document formats requested will require additional services. 4. Services purchased may not be sufficient to complete all tasks defined in the Description of OCC
Operations Support Services. Unused Services The Services must be used within twelve (12) months from your order’s signature date, unless otherwise stated in your order (“Professional Services Period”). Any Services not used within the Professional Services Period will be automatically forfeited by You, with no further action required of either party, and You will not be entitled to a refund, or any credit toward additional or other services, for any unused portion of the fees paid for any unused Services. You may not use the fees for any services other than the Services stated herein. Project Management
You and Oracle further agree to each designate a project manager who shall work together with the
other party’s project manager to facilitate an efficient delivery of the Services.
