• SMSF allows for more control, including share portfolios, managed investments, direct property (property warrants)and other asset classes

• Transition to Retirement Strategies allow for tax effective cashflow for pre retirees – with no structural risk

• Retail funds with a capital guarantee are offered to the more conservative investors.

• Group Super is ideal for employers looking to add benefit to their staff.

Mortgage Broking

We can access mortgage rates up to 100 basis points lower then the standard variable rate of major lends.

Clients have no obligation or cost to have the best loan structure and rate sourced for them to determine the value in changing banks

Risk and Investment Oracle Financial Solutions is an independent

financial planning firm allowing access to the entire market place

We can also give “restricted advice” If the client instructs us NOT to provide

investment advice regarding a portfolio it will be quarantined.

Current stock include NRAS properties based in Gosford.

Traditionally we only look a east coast properties and we use a range of developers.

Compliance Issues Non RG 146 individuals cannot give advice Initial contact is to book client into a seminar or information

night to learn about options to invest in a tax advantaged product.

No disclosure about the benefit or amount of investment should occur over the phone

Scripts and letters to be provided to non RG 146 individuals to ensure compliance issues adhered to.

Any advice given needs to be on the basis of client data questionnaire and risk profile (unless the investor is sophisticated).
