Route Design: The Orange-Chapel Hill Midday Connector service connects major origins and destinations in Hillsborough, Chapel Hill, and Cedar

Grove (northern Orange County) with hourly service provided in both the northbound (Chapel Hill-Hillsborough-Cedar Grove) and southbound (Cedar

Grove-Hillsborough-Chapel Hill) directions.

Hours of Service: Monday - Friday, 9:45am - 3:50pm.

Cost: $2 for the general public, $1 for children ages 6-17, fare free to seniors (60+), children (0-5), and persons with disabilities*. (* must be ADA

certified with OPT or show valid certificate from another transit agency). Please provide exact fare only, operators cannot provide change.

Peak Hour Service: Morning and evening service provided by Chapel Hill Transit Route 420. Additional commuter service provided by GoTriangle and

Chapel Hill Transit. Call 919-485-7433 for route and schedule information.

Riding Guidelines: All OPT buses are wheelchair accessible. Arrive at the bus stop 5 minutes early. If your stop does not designate a timepoint, use

the earlier time. Raise your hand to signal you would like to board. Tell the operator your destination. Never cross in front of the bus, even when

stopped. Never chase after the bus.
