2. PRESERVE AND PROTECT ALL EXISTING CONSTRUCTION. ANY DAMAGE TO EXISTING CONSTRUCTION AND FINISHES SHALL BE REPAIRED AT CONTRACTOR'S COST.

7. IN AREAS WHERE PLUMBING PASSES THROUGH FRAMING ELEMENTS ADJACENT TO ACOUSTICALLY ISOLATED SPACES, PROVIDE VIBRATION ISOLATION.

2. ALL 5/8" GWB TO BE TYPE "X", UNLESS NOTED OTHERWISE.3. WHERE WALL CONSTRUCTION IS DISCONTINUOUS ALONG A SINGLE WALL
PLANE, PROVIDE NECESSARY THICKNESS OF GWB TO MAINTAIN CONTINUITY OF A SINGLE WALL PLANE WITHOUT BREAKS, STEPS OR OFFSETS.

6. EXPOSED CONCRETE (EXTERIOR AND INTERIOR) SHALL BE SMOOTH, FREE OF AIR POCKETS, FINS, DISCOLORATION AND IRREGULARITIES. TAKE PRECAUTIONS TO ASSURE THAT FINISHED FORMED WALLS WILL BE SATISFACTORY OR TAKE MEASURES AFTER FORMS ARE REMOVED TO SACK WALLS SUFFICIENTLY TO PROVIDE UNIFORM APPEARANCE.
