ORDER // AT ONCE RETAILER TRAINING MANUAL
BASIC NAVIGATION FUNDAMENTAL FUNCTIONALITY

Click the icon to view Account Details, Show Intro Screen or Logout. Click the icon to access Help. (1) After logging in, the All Orders page displays if an unsubmitted order exists. Otherwise, the Shop At-Once pages displays. Click “SHOP AT-ONCE” to start a new order. (2)

TIP
Click “ALL ORDERS” on any header to return to the Account Summary page. (3)

Click any unsubmitted order to continue working the order. (1) Click any Submitted Order to view information about an existing order. (2) Click the to delete an Unsubmitted order. It cannot be recovered once it is deleted. Click the to start another order with the same product and quantities. (3) NOTE: Turn on “Viewing with Customer” to hide wholesale prices. (4)

At Once saves the most recent order in the Unsubmitted orders section as an unnamed order.
SEARCHING AND FILTERING SEARCH MULTIPLE WAYS
Use the search box to search by product name, product description, color or style/color number. (1) Use filters to view products with a certain availability, season, gender, product type, category, team, color, or price point. (2) Use Sort by to search by Quantity available, Style, Name or Wholesale price. (3) Select the filter check box to show only previously purchased products. (4) NOTE: Availability is shown in a quick view below each product.

TIP
Use the Availability Filter to view products with a specific minimum quantity.

SHARING YOUR SEARCH LINK OR EXCEL DOWNLOAD
Click the icon located under filter results (1). Share your search in one of the following ways: Select Link to create a URL (2). Copy the link from the
URL field to share with any user who has access to Nike.net (3). Click OK to close the search window.
Select Excel to download a spreadsheet, then click Download (4).
TIP
You must have less than 5000 products in your search results in order to download to Excel.

VIEWING PRODUCT DETAILS SHOP AT ONCE
Search for the desired product using the Filters or Sort by dropdown menu. Click on the product image to view more detailed information. (1)

Click the thumbnails to view additional images. (2)
Click the colorways to view different colors. (3)
Scroll down to view available quantities. (4)
Click Similar Styles to view additional style selections. (5)
Click “Add to Cart” to add product to the order. (6)
NOTE
Product availability is real-time.

SETTING UP ALERTS PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Click the flag icon next to Add to Cart to create a product alert (1).
Enter quantities for each size. Click the calendar icon to set the date range to be notified for the alert. Click Save (2).
You will receive an email if the product(s) comes available in the requested quantities.

Set Alerts feature may be turned on or off for a given product (3).

ADDING PRODUCT TO CART ONE-CLICK ORDERING
Hover over an image and click the icon to add product to the cart. The icon will turn green. (1) NOTE: Products already in the cart have a green shopping cart next to the image. (2)

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY CATEGORY DEFINITIONS
All product is organized into availability categories. (1)
Available Now – Products that meet the search criteria have availability to order in the moment.
Available Soon – Products that meet the search criteria and have availability in the future.
Not Available – Products that do not have availability. Use Not Available to find alternate colorways or similar styles.
Build To Order – Products that can be ordered regardless of warehouse availability
All – Available Now + Available Soon + Not available.

BUILD TO ORDER SELECT PRODUCTS
From the shop At Once page select Build To Order (1).
Click the thumbnail to view additional product details, size options and warehouse availability (2).
From the product details page, scroll to the bottom to see availability and Build to Order options. Enter quantity for Build To Order (3) or enter quantities to purchase products currently available in the warehouse (4).

• Build To Order will not be visible if there are no eligible products. • There is a 144 unit minimum order for Build To Order selections. • Orders may show a Pending status until confirmation or rejection of
order is finalized.
VIEWING YOUR SHOPPING CART VIEW CART
Hover over Cart to view the cart. (1) Click “VIEW CART” to give the order a name. (2) Enter Order Name and click “START ORDER” (3). The EDIT QUANTITIES page displays.

NOTE: In some case, the distribution center can be selected.

To quickly add additional products see page 13.
ADD MORE PRODUCTS
From the shopping cart scroll to the bottom of the product list and click Add More Products (1). Enter the style-color number of products to add (2). Enter up to 20 style-color numbers. For easy entry, copy and paste an existing product list. Select Add (3). Products will automatically be included in the cart.

ENTERING ORDER DETAILS MODIFY THE PO NUMBER AND CRD
Click “PO NUMBER” to edit PO number. Click “CRD” to edit the CRD. (1)
NOTE: Changing the CRD may impact the ship date.

SELECT SHIP-TO
Click “SHIP-TO” to edit Ship-To. (2)
If applicable, click radio button for correct Ship-To location. (3)
If applicable, click dropdown to change shipping method. (4)
When complete, click “Continue.” (5)

PLACING THE ORDER PLACE ORDER
Click “PLACE ORDER.” (1) An Add notes prompt displays. Check box to Add notes if applicable. (2) Select either “NOTES TO SELF” or “NOTES TO NIKE.” (3) . Enter message in text field. (4) Click “PLACE ORDER” to submit the order. (5)
