Instructions for Ordering New Business Cards1. Please completely fill out the Letter of Request page with your order information,

including the Ship To address, Bill To address, and the additional billing information requested. This information is critical for billing!

2. Please place a “reference number” for your request in the designated space on the letter of request. The reference number should be made up of: Today’s date/the time/the Cost center number. i.e. 5/12/03/1:30/5555

3. Please completely fill out the Template Form with all of the information as it should appear on the business card. If you have any special comments related to the card information, please fill in the comments box at the bottom of the Template Form.

4. Note: Be sure to use the drop down menu located next to each line of text in the Template Form, to specify the text style you want used on the card.

5. Once you have filled out the forms, use the “Save As” option in Word to save this file to your system. Please include your name within the file name for easy identification. (example: johndoe_busncard_order.doc)

6. Please send this file as an attachment with an email to OCEPrintshop@insideoregon.com

BillingOnce your order is completed and invoiced, you will be contacted by OCE’s Accounting Department and asked for your credit card #. PLEASE DO NOT INCLUDE YOUR CREDIT CARD # ANYWHERE ON THE ORDER.
