Purpose: Based on feedback from the Training community and the requirements of the new SEU process, we have made significant architectural changes to the website. We have created an Organization level. The organizations have teams. Teams allow for different permission levels and thus the flexibility needed to run an organization. You will now be able to give your team members their own login and rights to the system! The changes will also allow you to market courses under the proper Organization if you train for more than one. We are also laying the groundwork for the tracking and administration of new SEU approved courses. Terms/Facts to know: Organization There are three types. An organization can be either a CST, CSC, or REP organization. All trainers must belong to an organization. All courses created must be associated to an organization. Use the Organization that you want to MARKET the course under on the site.

1. CST Organization Only includes CST trainers. Can deliver CSM, CSPO, and EE (Extended Education) courses. 2. CSC Organization Only includes the CSC. Can certify CSMs via coaching sessions and will use a Private-only course type.

3. REP Organization Can have CST and non-CST trainers. Can have CSTs that deliver CSM, CSPO, CSD, or EE courses and non-CST trainers that deliver approved CSD and EE courses.

Teams Teams are groups of people who have certain permission levels. Team Permission levels (hierarchal):

• Create course – ability to create courses, update courses, load students, re-send welcome emails, and make course payments.

• Update course – ability to update courses, load students, re-send

welcome emails, and make course payments.

• Load students – ability to load students, re-send welcome emails, and make course payments.

• Resend emails – ability to re-send welcome emails, and make course payments.

• Course payment – ability to make course payments.

Default teams for a CST Organization Two (2) teams are automatically created (Owner and Trainer).

1. Owner team for a CST Organization

Anyone on this team has ALL permission rights for that organization and can create new teams and add any new team members. They can add any CST trainer to the Trainers team. 2. Trainer team for a CST Organization

CST trainers who want to create and publicize a course for that organization. The Owner and anyone they authorize will be able to

manage these courses. Trainers will only be able to manage their own courses.

Default teams for a CSC Organization Two (2) teams are automatically created (Owner and Trainer).

1. Owner team for a CSC Organization Anyone on this team has ALL permission rights for that organization and can create new teams and add any new team members. They can add any CSC to the Trainers team. 2. Trainer team for a CSC Organization CSCs who want to create a private course for that organization. The Owner and anyone they authorize will be able to manage these courses. CSCs will only be able to manage their own courses.

Default teams for a REP Organization Three (3) teams are automatically created (Owner, Trainer, and REP Shadow Profile).

1. Owner team for a REP Organization Anyone on this team has ALL permission rights for that organization and can create new teams and add any new team members. They CANNOT add new trainers to the Trainers team and must submit for approval via the REP application process. 2. Trainer team for a REP Organization CST and non-CST trainers who want to create and publicize a course for that organization. The Owner and anyone they authorize will be able to manage these courses. Trainers will only be able to manage their own courses. 3. REP Shadow Profile This is needed in order for the REP Profile to display properly in the system. This is the old REP account that will no longer have a login as members of the REP Organization will have their own logins. Welcome emails will be sent with login credentials for any newly created honorary members that did not have an account.
