Trends in the organic food and drink industry in Poland:• the main factors for the growth of the organic food market in
Poland are: awareness, wealth of the society and availability of products
• the education of consumers, farmers and processors is still needed
• sales take place mainly in large cities, and organic products are becoming increasingly available
• nearly 1,000 specialist stores and all FMCG retail chains present on the Polish market, as well as e-commerce, deal with the sale of organic products

cosmetics or cleaning products which are made from natural and organic ingredients
