Orientation Program ProcedureStage#1

(2days)

Walk thru with the Stateroom Attendants and Assistant Stateroom Attendants showing the different venues in the ship with the booklets on hand. We have 62 SA and 62 CAA and they will be divided into 4 groups. Each group will be assisted with 1 Assistant Chief Housekeeper in going thru the venues from different locations. Groups assignment will be as follows:

4 Assistant Chief HousekeeperEach Deck will be divided into 2 Groups according to their sides-Portside or Starboardside- 1 group will attend the program and the other group will cover the section.CONSTANTIN will be in-charge of Deck 9 & 10 divided into 9 SA and 9 CAA (on the 1st day)

and 9 SA and 9 CAA (on the 2nd day)

CARLTON will be in-charge of Deck 11 & 12 divided

into 6 SA and 6 CAA (on the 1st day)

and 5 SA and 5 CAA (on the 2nd day)

REBECCA will be in-charge of Deck 3 & 6 divided

into 6 SA and 6 CAA (on the 1st day)

and 6 SA and 6 CAA (on the 2nd Day)

CIPRIANO will be in-charge of Deck 7 & 8 divided

into 10 SA and 10 CAA (on the 1st day)

and 10 SA and 10 CAA (on the 2nd day)

All 4 HSKA WILL CONDUCT THE ORIENTATION PROGRAM SIMULTANEOUSLY AT 11:00 AM

Meeting Place will be as follows.CONSTANTINS GROUP AND CARLTONS GROUP WILL BE ON FORWARD- 1 GROUP WILL START ON THE TOP DECK AND 1 GROUP WILL START ON THE LOWER DECK AND WILL MEET HALFWAY ON MIDSHIP SAME THING ALSO FOR REBECCA AND CIPRIANOS GROUP WHICH WILL START ON THE AFT . First Group SA Starboardside/CAA Portside

Stage#2

DISCUSSION SESSION

Interaction with the SA and CAA regarding the program. Will going to use visual aids again while discussing their feedbacks, opinions and their questions. This will be like an open forum wherein everyone is free to address their thoughts about the program and of what they have learned and experienced.

Stage#3

Quiz

Quiz is the last stage wherein all the participated SA and CAA will be tested if they do understand samething.

Quiz has 3 different sets and consists of 45 questions each set. This will be done on the last day and SA and CAA will be divided into 2 groups which will be done randomly. Make note that whoever fails on this test will going to join the new sign on again on the following cruise. Orientation program will be conducted everytime there is Sign On HK staff.
