ORIGINALITATEA TEZAURULUI CULTURAL MOSTENIT
Consolidarea rosturilor economico-sociale si culturale ce au urmat “pas cu pas dezvoltarea culturala generala a
Europei”, asa cum sublinia Nicolae Iorga, au dat posibilitatea constituirii unui sistem de valori spiritual intemeiat pe un
fond original prehistoric si protoistoric, constituit din civilizatiile geto-dacice si continuat pana in epoca contemporana.
Continuitatea in sistemul valorilor obiectivate, specific spatiului romanesc, este o consecinta a dezvoltarii unui
proces succesiv, un process istoric, de-a lungul mileniilor, ce reflecta o comunitate de viata, de civilizatie si de cultura
neintrerupta si o creatie spiritual ce confera originalitate “tezaurului mostenit” (N. Iorga), ca un dat cultural peren, aflat
la baza sistemului cultural actual.
O asemenea traditie permanenta, o dinamica a permanentelor presupune recrearea unor valori asimilate fon-
dului national, ca un proces dialectic “de ingemanare in actualitate a traditiei cu contemporaneitatea”. Un asemenea
spatiu axiologic nu este o realitate statica, ci un proces ce se reinnoieste permanent prin crearea unor noi valori, inte-
grate in actualitate, ca o dovada a trairii culturale, a transpunerii ei, prin actiune, in bunuri de civilizatie, intr-o alta con-
ditie si determinare economica, politica si sociala.
Vitalitatea limbii romane, dovedita din documente ale secolului al IX – lea, ce atesta existenta sa inca din mile-
niul I, prin inscriptiile de pe vasele descoperite la Sannicolau Mare, a reprezentat o parghie a constiintei nationale gene-
rata de specificitatea rostirii romanesti, perpetuand un mod de a gandi si de a fi al poporului roman, constituit in valori
perene ale spiritualitatii nationale. Reprezentand un fapt real de istorie, social si cultural, evolutia sistemului valoric
romanesc demonstreaza prin argumente temeinice sirul continuu al valorilor culturale, intr-o cristalizare etnica proprie,
ce reflecta un cod al valorilor spirituale nationale.
Sistemul specific de valori spirituale ale poporului roman raspunde unor nevoi si aspiratii din punct de vedere
economic, politic si social, intr-o perioada istorica si culturala multimilenara, care a generat o constiinta de sine natio-
nala evoluata in consens cu diferite etape istorice. Un asemenea univers de valori spirituale, izvorat din timpuri indepar-
tate, reprezinta o experienta originala, un mod particular de a gandi, de a-si exterioriza sentimentul romanesc al fiintei
intr-o civilizatie specifica, autohtona, permanenta, reflectat de dovezi arheologice ale continuitatii poporului roman pe
aceste meleaguri, din timpuri stravechi pana in zilele noastre.
Vechi documente, din secolele IV si VI, demonstreaza continuitatea valorilor culturii romanesti scrise, ce au
marcat o prezenta permanenta in continuitatea popoarelor europene, dand la iveala marturii, monumente ale culturii
autohtone in spatiul carpato-danubiano-pontic.
Sunt promovate, astfel, valori caracteristice ale perioadei Renascentiste universale: binele, frumosul, virtutea,
adevarul, dreptatea, dragostea, moartea cu cinste, viata si pacea. Acestea exprima o sinteza a valorilor spirituale ro-
manesti acumulate, ca si functia activa a culturii manifestata ca un permanent izvor de creatie.
In perioada istorica a dezvoltarii spirituale romanesti s-a produs o corelatie fundamentala intre valorile specifi-
ce particulare, active si permanente lor schimbare, ce reflecta in mod convingator dialectica continuitatii si discontinui-
tatii. Daca poporul roman si-a pastrat neintrerupt continuitatea de viata materiala, personalitatea etnico-lingvistica si
cultural-spirituala, in pofida vicisitudinilor istoriei, este si pentru ca el a pastrat si aparat individualitatea propriei cultu-
ri, cea nescrisa (populara), in care fondul traditional, originar, (daco-get, roman, si protoroman) de cultura s-a perpe-
tuat, nu insa intr-o materie statica, invariabila, ci intr-o sinteza originala, intr-o civilizatie specifica, cu un mod personal
de reprezentare si reconstructie a lumii si care s-a imbogatit si se imbogateste permanent cu expresii noi.(Va continua…)

The originality of the inherited cultural heritage
The strengthening of economic, social and cultural steps that followed "step by step the general cultural
development of Europe" as shown by Nicolae Iorga,have given the possibility of creating a a spiritual system of
values founded on original fund prehistoric and proto, consisting of civilizations Geto-Dacian and continued into
the contemporary era.
Continuity in the system of objectified values specific to Romanian space, is a consequence of developing
a succession process, a historical process, over millennia, reflecting a community of life, civilization and culture
unbroken and offers spiritual creative originality to the " inherited treasure "(N. Iorga), as a fact at the current
cultural system.
Such a permanent tradition, the dynamic of constants assumes the recreation of the some national values,
as a dialectical process "of mingling in the current tradition with modernity." Such an axiological space is not a
static reality, but a process that constantly renews itself by creating new values, integrated into the current one,
as evidence of cultural living, to transpose it by action, into goods of civilization, in another condition and deter-
mining economic and social policy.
The Romanian language vitality, proved by the documents of the ninth century, proving its existence
since the first millennium, through the inscriptions on the vessels found at Sannicolau Mare, was a national con-
sciousness leverage generated by specific Romanian utterance, perpetuating a way of thinking and being of the
Romanian people, constituted in eternal values of national spirituality. Representing a fact of history, social and
cultural evolution of Romanian value system demonstrates the good arguments continuous stream of cultural
values, in an ethnic crystallization that reflects a national code of spiritual values.
The specific values of the Romanian people respond to spiritual needs and economically, politically and
socially aspirations, in a historical period and cultural multimillenary, which generated a national self-awareness
evolved in line with the different historical stages. Such a universe of spiritual values, springing from ancient
times, is an original experience, a particular way of thinking, to pour out their Romanian feeling of being in a
local, permanent and specific civilization, reflected by archaeological evidence of continuity of people in this re-
gion, from ancient times until the present.
Old documents, IV and VI century, demonstrate the continuity of the Romanian values of culture, which
marked a permanent presence in the continuity of European peoples, revealing evidence, monuments of native
culture in the Carpathian-Danubian-Pontic.
Characteristic of the Renaissance universal values are promoted: good, beauty, virtue, truth, justice, love,
death, honor, life and peace. They express a synthesis of Romanian spiritual values learned as an active function
of culture that manifested as a constant source of creation.
During historic Romanian spiritual development, a fundamental correlation appeared between individual
specific values, assets and their permanent change, which reflect the dialectic of continuity and discontinuity. If
the Romanian people have maintained an uninterrupted continuity of material life, personality, ethnic, linguistic
and cultural-spiritual, despite the vicissitudes of history, it has done so because he has kept and defended the
individuality of their own culture, the unwritten (popular), where the traditional, original fund (Geto-Dacian,
Roman, and proto-Romanian) culture has been perpetuated, but not in a static field, invariable, but in an origi-
nal synthesis, in a specific civilization, with a personal representation and reconstruction that has enriched the
world and is constantly enriching itself with new expressions.

Teatrul Vechi din Oravita a fost ridicat in anul 1816 si este cel mai
vechi edificiu teatral din istoria romanilor.
“Gradina de iubire”, “mica dar placuta ca zorile frumoase” - cum o nu-
meste Iosif Vulcan intr-una din poeziile sale.

Leung, Business Development Manager,
doamna Xuebin Burican, reporter Chinese
Service, doamna Camelia Iordache, redactor
sef externe Orizont 21—München si domnul

Intalnirea a avut drept scop analizarea
posibilitatilor de colaborare in domeniul
medicinii naturiste intre Romania si China si
pentru a face cunoscute in Romania
medicamentele traditionale chinezesti.
Prin amabilitatea domnului Prof. Dr. Florin-
Dan Ungureanu s-a realizat o vizita de lucru
la unul dintre cele mai moderne
centre de studii universitare din
Romania in cadrul Universitatii Titu
Maiorescu. Aici invitatiilor le-au fost
prezentate laboratoare de tehnica
dentara cu dotari de ultima
generatie, la standarde europene in
care studentii din Romania sant
pregatiti si
specializati.
In cadrul vizitei s-a mai discutat
despre posibilitatea admiterii de
studenti chinezi la Universitatea Titu
Maiorescu si despre crearea unei noi
specializari in cadrul Facultatii de
Medicina a Universitatii.

—Titu Maiorescu大学医药系实验室等。中国代表团参观了
Titu Maiorescu大学牙医系具有欧洲标准、装备有最新技术
设备的实验室,这里也正是培养罗马尼亚牙医专家的地
方。在这次会谈中还就中国学生到罗马尼亚Titu Ma-
iorescu大学留学,以及在Titu Maiorescu大学医学系设立
中医课程的问题进行了讨论。

“Loyalty beyond death “ the first
words that pop in ones mind
when hearing of Hachikō .
Hachiko's owner, Professor Ueno,
taught at the University of Tokyo
and lived in the city of Odate,
where he commuted to work every
day. Every day, when he returned
from Tokyo and got off at Shibuya
station, his dog was waiting for
him on the platform.
In May 1925 after an illness Pro-
fessor Ueno passed away. Ha-
chiko was waiting for him that
day and continued to wait another
nine years afterward, until he
died.

in urma unei boli a trecut in
eternitate. Cainele Hachiko il
astepta si in acea zi si a
continuat sa il astepte inca
noua ani dupa aceea, pana
cand a murit si el.
忠犬ハチ公(ちゅうけんハチこう)は、死去した飼い主の帰りを東京・渋谷駅の前
で待ち続けたという美談で知られる犬である。犬種は秋田犬で、名前はハチ。ハチ
公の愛称でも呼ばれる。
渋谷駅前には銅像が設置されており、ハチ公は渋谷のシンボルともなっている。

Professor Ueno, der Bezitzer von Hund Hachiko, arbeitete an der Universität von Tokio und lebte in der Stadt
Odate. Er pendelte täglich zwischen Tokio und Odate.
Sein Hund, Hachiko wartete treu und fröhlich jeden Tag auf dem Bahnsteign in Bahnhof Shibuya auf sein
Herrchen
Im Mai 1925 nach einer Krankheit starb der Professor Ueno .
Hachiko der Hund wartete treu an jenem Tag und weitere neun Jahre bis er selber starb.
