BACKGROUND & TOUR COMPANY: The Kimberly Choirs do a big trip every 4

years and smaller senior trips during the other years.

The trip is NOT required, but is encouraged. This year, students will have the opportunity

to perform AND participate in a workshop with a professional Disney musician.

We use a very reputable student travel agency: Bob Rogers Travel. BRT specializes in trips to Walt Disney World.

DATES: The trip will occur during Spring Break 2016.

The exact dates are:

Departure: Sunday, March 27 (Easter Sunday afternoon)

Arrive Home: Saturday, April 2

You will miss two days of school

PERFORMANCE & WORKSHOP: We will perform at Downtown Disney on

Tuesday afternoon!

Students who go on this trip will be expected to participate in 3 or 4 after–school rehearsals to learn the music for this performance.

COSTS: PACKAGE COSTS BASED ON 75–84

TOTAL PARTICIPANTS: $1,189.00/person (based on quad occupancy)

PACKAGE COSTS BASED ON 85–94 TOTAL PARTICIPANTS: $1,125.00/person (based on quad occupancy)

PACKAGE COSTS BASED ON 95–104 TOTAL PARTICIPANTS: $1,075.00/person (based on quad occupancy)

FUNDRAISERS: Because the trip is a costly endeavor, funds

earned from fundraisers can be applied to the cost of this trip, so SELL STUFF!

Individual Payment System (IPS) to collect trip payments.

OCTOBER 9, 2015 ($150.00 per traveler)

2nd payment due; NOVEMBER 10, 2015 ($250.00 per traveler)

3rd payment due: DECEMBER 10, 2015 ($250.00 per traveler)

4th payment due: JANUARY 11, 2015 ($250.00 per traveler)

Final payment due: FEBRUARY 15, 2015 (remaining balance)
