• Choose your RISS Root Authority certificate and click the OK button.

RISSNET Portal Home page• Near the top-middle of this page click on “Update My Favorites”

Select desired favorite resourceOn the Left, under “Resource Categories”, mouse-over “External – Law Enforcement Exclusive”, and then on the Right, Scroll down to “Oregon State Intelligence Network (OSIN)” Put a Check In the box of “Add To Favorites”.

Now Click the “Update Favorites” and then “Return to Home Page”

You’re returned to the RISSNET Portal Home page• Look for “Oregon State Intelligence Network (OSIN) under My Favorites

and Click on that link to open the OSIN Welcome page

OSIN Welcome Page• Fill in user id and password (same as or.hidta.net email), then Click on “I
