TURRET & MOORING

• Progress is still behind our early plan mainly due to late engineering completion of several piping design and late delivery of piping materials to fabrication yard.

• Construction is doing well and completed integration of chain table module & CTBSS. • The following are the key action to mitigate the delay in piping materials delivery:

• Air freight key components. • Expediting all materials and especially key materials (as defined by our fabsite

team at MMHE) with the vendors. • Approaching Far East and European stock houses and paying a premium for

these materials if necessary to improve our deliveries. • Set up a new dedicated piping workshop to improve productivity.

TOPSIDE MODULE FABRICATION - DYNAMAC

• Structural fabrication and Installation for all Pipe racks and Modules are ongoing. • Started Piping hydro testing on Pipe racks. • Progress still behind our early plan curve due to limited resources deployed in the

project by contractors due to multi project are going on concurrently. • To mitigate the delays, the following actions have been put in place:

Addressed our concern and disappointment with DM management. Replaced few poor performance subcontractors. Focus on pipe rack construction to ensure the load out in August.

TOPSIDE MODULE FABRICATION - AIBEL

• Structural fabrication and installation for all modules are on going. • Started piping fabrication and ahead than plan. • The current progress slippage is mainly cause by the delay on drawings issuance due

to some engineering changes as well as manpower shortage by contractors. • To mitigate the delay, the following actions are put in place:

Expedite the topside engineering drawings. Re-arrange subcontractor’s scope of works. Removed one subcontract (unimit)

structure grand assemble work and give it to other subcon and remove the piping works from unimit and pass to other subcon.
