Un único edificio compuesto por dos volúmenes unidos entre sí, pero con una configuración diferenciada. Por otro lado, se construirá también un edificio destinado al uso general administrativo, con sus diferentes departamentos, incluidos vestuarios, aseos, etc. que alcanzará tres plantas con una superficie de más de 3.000 m2.Se trata de una edificación industrial con un diseño muy cuidado, y con una envolvente resuelta con criterios passivehaus.
