I. House design
A practical house design can be seen below. The house meets and satisfies basic needs.

II. The Construction Process
DAY 1
Construction commences with earth clearing and preparation for the concrete slab.

DAY 2
The steel structures are efficiently assembled on site and prepared for positioning on the
concrete slabs.

DAY 3
The internal wall cladding is fastened to the structure. Simultaneous electrical and internal
plumbing installation is installed.

DAY 4
The roof structure and roof sheeting is installed.
DAY 5
The plumbing reticulation is completed,
including toilet, hand wash basin, shower and
tiles are fitted. Thereafter the fibre-cement
board finishing is completed and the windows
and doors are installed.

DAY 6
The final paint and finishing is completed and the house is handed over.
