5.0 BODY STRUCTURE/PANELLING

Body of each bus is built up by

using square cross section steel

tubes.

Tubes connected by welding to

each other makes an integrated

Monocoque carcass of bus.

Front and rear panels,

front and rear bumpers

are made of reinforced

fiberglass (FRP).

7.0 PRIMER PROTECTON

Body is coated consequently 2

times with primer protective agent.

Protective oil is sprayed inside

tubular steels.

Bituminous based protective agent

is applied to under chassis area,

wheel housings.

8.0 EXTERIOR BODY PAINT

Single layer of acrylic based paint

is used as top coating of the body.

The body paint design and colors

are defined according to RAL color

specification.

STANDOX/DUPONT painting

system is applied.

Two (2) Electro-pneumatically operated doors.

Doors are also equipped with safety system.

There are also shut-off valves in the return and supply pipe lines.

16. HEATING SYSTEM

As optional, vehicle can be equipped with pre-heater

device.

Normally pre heater is assembled in engine

compartment and it can be controlled by means of

Digital Timer Controller from driver’s site.
