Rectangular Expansion JointsRectangular & square bellows may berounded corner, single – double mitercorner, or camera corner.

Type REJ bellows are available with alarge range of options including liners,covers, tie rods, hinges, purge or drainpoints and externally pressurized systems.

Flexible hosesJord Bellows can manufacture and supply flexible hoses in corrugatedstainless steel or PTFE with a smooth orcorrugated bore. Flexible hoses are usedprimarily to eliminate the effect ofvibration and misalignment.

Jord Bellows can supply flexible hoseswith a wide range of end connections.

Sizes can vary from 10mm to 300mm in diameter for convoluted metallic and6mm to 50mm diameter for PTFE.

PFTE/Teflon expansion jointsJord can supply and manufacture PTFEand PTFE lined stainless steel expansionjoints. The PTFE lined bellows aremanufactured locally in our workshop.We can also supply antistatic PTFEbellows with sleeves in differentconfigurations, such as angular andlateral type.

This type of bellows allows for thecompensation of:

> Vibration> Themal strain and expansion > Axial and radial movement

and due to the outstanding chemicalresistance, are mostly used in aggressivemedia services.

This type of bellows are manufacturedfrom 25nb to 1500nb.

The allowable operating pressure isdependent on design, dimension andservice temperature, which is between–10 deg C and +150 deg C.

Fabric expansion jointsJord Bellows manufacture and supplyfabric expansion joints for a wide rangeof applications and in a wide range ofsizes and materials complete withassociated steel work.

Fabric expansion joints are often used inhot gas off take ducting. Jord can supplyfabric expansion joints for use in servicesup to 1000 deg C.

Fabric expansion joints can bemanufactured with a range of fabrictypes including high density materialsthat can assist in noise reduction.

Jord can also offer site services to assist in the installation of these types of joints.

Thick walled expansion jointsThick walled expansion joints for shelland tube heat exchangers, for supportingduct work, and other applications arealso available.
