We carry between 150 - 200 tons of finished goods in stock.
Orders for ex-stock items are executed within 24 hours.

We are commited to producing consistently high quality products to meet the demands of todays’ construction and maintenance markets.
The threading process is constantly monitored and checked for proper thread forming and dimensions
INTERGRITY
We adhere to a policy of “our word is our bond”.
All commitments to quality of product, conditions of sale and customer satisfaction, are assured.
We do not consider the sale complete until the customer is satisfied.

The company was formed by Mr T.C (Tom) Chalmers in 1943 as a General Engineering Company. He was joined by his son I.T. (Ian) Chalmers in 1961.
The company gradually moved away from general engineering into manufacturing, specialising in threaded rod and allied threaded products.
T & I Chalmers engineering pty ltd was founded and has grown in the principles of Quality, Integrity and Competitiveness.
Presently run by his sons Duncan and Donald, this is truly a family business grown with a hands-on approach to quality and customer satisfaction.
