Your key choice for education and fun

•We are not able to invoice you for your visit. Payment in full is due on arrival and should be made by the teacher before the group leaves the coach.

•A group is defined as 15 or more paying visitors.

•Concessions for adults accompanying school, college and youth groups are given on the understanding that children are fully supervised at all times on the Cadbury World site.

•Groups larger than 60 people may be divided into smaller groups in order to accommodate them in the exhibition at timed intervals.

•One coach driver receives free admission and one meal voucher.

•For the comfort and safety of wheelchair users we recommend that organisers notify the reservations office of the number of wheelchairs expected in their group, and seek advice on avoiding busy times.

•We cannot guarantee the Packaging Plant will be operational at any particular time.

•Cadbury World is not a factory tour.

•An average visit lasts around three hours including refreshments and shopping time. Please allow an extra hour for a talk.

•Adjacent to the first set of stairs and pushchair park, there is lift access to Cadabra and part of the Packaging Plant area.

•The 4D cinema may not be suitable for adults or children who are easily startled by sudden movement, motion effects, loud music, or periods of darkness. It is not suitable for pregnant women or guests with heart conditions or spinal conditions due to motion effects used in the pre-show and 4D cinema.

•We cannot store packed lunches brought into Cadbury World.
