We all dream of working somewhere that embraces our strengths while working within our limitations. For Vito Cosmo, who lives with Parkinson’s disease, and his employer, Grant Thornton, LLP, every day is a chance to think about what you can do and how to work around challenges of the disease.

When we find a corporate citizen that so consistently offers the right environment of support, we think of them as a true partner in our mission. Good corporate leaders find a way to drive business performance while they make progress with societal challenges.

Grant Thornton’s culture is built on global values of agility, collaboration, and respect. Their culture allows all employees to make a difference in the lives of their colleagues, clients, the profession and local communities.

Grant Thornton’s commitment to providing Vito with tools to help him shine has served as a corporate inspiration to others impacted by Parkinson’s who remain in the workforce. And, for that, we at The Parkinson Council are so appreciative.
