Mega-Pack

The collapsible pallet boxes of the Mega-Pack program form an ideal multipath system for large volumini-ous packaged goods, reducing the volume by 80 % guarantees the eco-nomic return of the container.

Classic

From stable stacking containers to the conductive ESD folding box, transparent storage containers to plastic pallets. For many applications there is already the right box. Our range of standard reusable containers is unbeatable.

Integrated development

We combine the entire production process, from the ini-tial technical drawing to serial production, all under one roof. Injection moulding machines with clamping forces of up to 1,300 tonnes enable the manufacture of small containers to highly stable plastic boxes.

Folding boxes for automated storage systems

Automatic storage and transport systems require special in- house container designs for conveyors. Of course devices for the automatic erection and folding of the containers used in storage and transportation warehousing are no problem for us.

Distribution towers

Foldboxes in various different sizes are combined together with stable mobile dollies enabling fast order picking from the central warehouse and safe delivery to store branches. These are our shipping towers.

Fresh fruit & vegetables

Our folding fruit and vegetable collapsible boxes, with only 27 mm height when empty are the slimmest on the market. Thanks to perforated sidewalls they are ideally suited to the transportation of fresh produce.

Internal compartments of twin-wall sheets, thermoformed trays or foam inlays – are available for the interior design of our transport containers, everything to protect products with sensitive surfaces or delicate compo-nents. Scratches here have no chance.

Flexible

Pallet boxes in almost every size available up to 2,500 mm x 1,700 mm and exactly in the execution you see – that is flexible. Whether our new pallet sleeves or special lengths for sea con-tainer transportation – just ask us.

Packaging

The Hybox with its smooth walls and floor are simple to clean. They are idealy suited for transporting hygeni-cally sensitive goods, such as yoghurt pots, transparent meat and salad trays to the filling lines. A giant box that makes unpretentious claims.

Automotive

Various pallet systems are available with individual heights and used together with our standard euro sized containers transport the goods of our automotive customers both safely and reliably. Our ESD containers prevent dreaded static electric discharge.

Quality

WALTHER Faltsysteme has quality in black and white, with TUEV certificates in quality management, environmental and energy-efficiency. But that is not enough for us. We provide top quality at each step of the manufacturing process and check our finished container's in independent test institutes. So we guarantee that more quality is in your folding box than is determined by a conventional quality control system.

Sustainability

Sustainability has become a buzzword, but not for us we fill the concept with life, we understand our actions under the premise, to preserve the environment. That's why we do not provide disposable goods but high quality reusable. Our folding boxes are in some cases in circulation up to 20 years. And when they can no longer be used, they are then recycled. They are crushed and ground then processed into Procyclen® – which then in turn is used in the manufacture of new folding boxes.
