Matthew 25 is a Detention Ministry group that serves the incarcerated at the Fresno County detention facilities. Matthew 25’s mission is to bring the “Good News” to the incarcerated population, many of whom have never heard of or experienced the love of God in their home life and daily environment. We would like to invite you to share in our mission. Matthew 25 volunteers offer Communion services, Bible studies, Rosary services and catechesis to this marginalized population in order to follow Jesus’ words: “…I was in prison and you came to Me.” (Matthew 25:36) Please help us reach out to our incarcerated brothers and sisters by volunteering your time and talents. Training is provided. To volunteer or for more information, please contact Jim Grant (488-7474, Ext. 112), Maria Guglielmino (554-5526) or Lina Gámez (977-5502).
