Our Mission is …To provide rehabilitative services in the Windsor/Essex County Community, enriching the lives of children and youth with disabilities and special needs, by “helping their abilities grow” to their fullest potential.

We are part of a larger network of children’s rehabilitation service providers

21 CTCs across Ontario serve 60,000 children in their designated geographical areas.

A growing number of children require JMCC services

In 1978 the Centre provided services to 150 children annually

Today that number has grown to more than 2,100 annually

JMCC provides essential services to children who face life long challenges
