Our cold heading, roll forming and secondary machining enable us to give you better precision fasteners at a competitive price.

We can make recommendations, not just take your order. For example, Crescent offers manufacturing expertise, so we can help you redesign your costly machined parts to more cost-efficient cold-formed parts. Additionally, we provide individual manufacturing operations such as blanking, head and/or shank slotting, and thread rolling.

Quality And Compliance.

Quality has always been at the top of Crescent Manufacturing’s priority list and with all the extras that Mil Spec fasteners require, we meet the most demanding specifications, including MIL-I-45208A for Quality Systems and MIL-STD-45662A for Gage Calibration Systems. In 1996 we qualified for the Defense Supply Center’s QSLM program for Class 2A and Class 3A threaded fasteners. Since 2001 Crescent has maintained our ISO 9001 Registration, and in 2009 advanced our quality program to the AS9100 level. Copies of our certifications are available upon request or from the website.

DFARS compliant material is always supplied by Crescent. NADCAP compliance is available upon request. Other regulatory compliances include ITAR, REACH, ROHS and Conflict Minerals. All product supplied by Crescent is asbestos and mercury free.

All parts are inspected per the C=Zero sample pan at Index Value 2.5. All Military parts are supplied with full certifica-tion, which includes a Certification of Compliance/Test Report, Material Certifications back to the melt source, and any outside processing Certifications, all at no extra charge.
