A-Four Business Equipment is an entirely

independent supplier of black and white digital

photocopiers ranging from small desktop for home

or business right through to 75 pages per minute

for high speed efficient output.

All of our machines now have the option to be

connected directly to a PC or a network, capable of

printing, scanning and faxing.

We can also offer machines that are capable of

full colour output. Long gone are the days where

colour copying was very expensive and quality was

often wayward. We can supply a range of colour

machines starting from 20 pages per minute full

colour through to 65 pages per minute. All of

these machines are capable of being connected to

a network with full mobile print functionality,

scanning to e-mail, server and user box.

A fax option can also be added which will allow

you to have fax to desktop feature. This basically

routes incoming faxes into a folder on your server

or a specified e-mail address. It can be set to print

hard copy fax or no fax output at all, giving you

paperless desktop faxing.
