    Ordinance Prohibits SpeedingWithin BoroughLimits.MUST KEEP OFF WALKSDrastically regula ting the use o f b icycles within the borough of Narberth ,Council passed on final reading on theseventeenth an ordinance s igned by theBurgess on the twenty-first, which prohibits riding bicycles on the sidewalks,and makes 10 miles per hour t he max imum speed o f t he danger-ous vehicles.Severe penal ties are provided in c as eof violation of the borough law. Ordinance 65 follows:An ordinance rcgulating the usc andrunning of bicycles within the borough.The Counci l of the Borough of Narberth does ordain:Section 1.
