Our trip was the perfect mix of service and experiencing Kenyan culture. Although we were only in Kenya for a week, we all felt completely immersed. I believe having American teen- agers fully experience another culture is so important, as it takes focus off of the "me" world American culture creates. We all loved the Kenyan culture so much, it was difficult to get back on the plane! Hugging, kissing, holding, ckling, bouncing, feeding, talking...are some of the best services that one can give! A highlight: The TEAM worshiping with the Kenyans! Our girls painted this on the wall for the Motherof the house Adonai”. After our trip, we left knowing that each group and ministry was encouraged to press on with the mission God gave us in the sphere He placed us each in. Nothing could be more satisfying than that. If you are considering going to Happy Life, I want to encourage you to "just go." If you have a group, I want to encourage you to "just take them." It can be done, and blessings will abound! Our trip was the perfect mix of service and experiencing Kenyan culture. Although we were only in Kenya for a week, we all felt completely immersed. I believe having American teen-agers fully experience another culture is so important, as it takes focus off of the "me" world American culture creates. We all loved the Kenyan culture so much, it was difficult to get back on the plane!

Hugging, kissing, holding, tickling, bouncing, feeding,

talking...are some of the best services that one can give!

A highlight: The TEAM worshiping with the Kenyans! Our girls painted this on

the wall for the “Mother”

of the house “Adonai”.
