LABAQUA offers a comprehensive solution for allproblems related to the generation of VOCs and odours.Measurements, laboratory, and detailed engineering, forthe installation and commissioning under optimumconditions of a Direct Thermal, Regenerative orRegenerative Oxidation (OTR) system.
Efficiency greater than 99.5%. Heat recovery (Recirculation and preheating of gases). Max air volume: <250 m Nm3 / h Concentration of VOCs: <10 g / Nm3 Autothermal operation up to 98%: [c]> 09-3 g / Nm3
High efficiency ceramic heat exchanger at the intake.(95-98% recovery).
Combustion chamber with "t" of residence 1s at "T" ofoxidation (750-950 ºC) by gas burner.
High efficiency ceramic heat exchanger on the outlet torecover heat.
For the best beneficial conservation of heat, a changeof direction of the gases occurs. To avoid possiblecross-contamination, a third ceramic bed can beinstalled, so before reusing a bed it is purged andreturned to the inlet.
In case of presence of halogenated VOCs acomplementary acid wash is necessary at the outlet.
In case of high flow rates and low VOCs charge, aRotary Concentration System can be installed.

LABAQUA offers a comprehensive solution for allproblems related to the generation of nitrogencompounds, sulfur, VOCs and odours. Measurements, laboratory and detailed engineering, for the installationand commissioning in optimum conditions of an AdvancedBiofiltration system (BAP).
Higher deodorization efficiency by higher density of specific microorganisms.
Greater mechanical resistance. Useful life 8-10 years. Operational availability> 99% Reduced load loss due to being very porous and lower
energy consumption for ventilation. Cleansing of amines, mercaptans, aldehydes, ketones,
alcohols, terpenes, etc. Including H2S or NH3. It does not require chemicals, nor generates toxic waste. Lower operating costs. Currently, with this technology we are treating more than
2M m3 / h.
Can reach odour concentrations below 500-1000uoE/m3.
Advanced Biomedio Support BBK (Bio Airclean) Inorganic phase: High porosity and symmetrical
geometry. Organic Phase: Organic matter degraded and sterilized
as support of microorganisms. It does not generate odours. Bacterial inoculation, by means of a specific selection for each application among 50 different strains from the Biotechnological Institute of Kölding (Denmark).

LABAQUA offers a comprehensive solution for allproblems related to the generation of odours.Measurements, laboratory and detail engineering.EOLAGE is a simple and efficient solution, which favorsthe dispersion of non-toxic emissions, by creating anemission air flow which can raise the plume to a higherlevel.
The dilution capacity depends on the flow rate of the emission to be dispersed. (Figure 3).
Reduces immission odour impact. Diminishes the negative visual aspect of the emission plume. Moderate operating costs, as it only requires electricity (max
45KW). Decrease of the detected iso-odour curves in an emission
modeling. Impulse equivalent to a 30 m high chimney.
Wind turbine for the dispersion of emissions. It can be applied to any emission provided it does not
exceed the emission limits established for that focus. It can also be applied as a pneumatic barrier, preventing
the emissions from affecting a local population. The emission is boosted and diluted to 300 m m3 / h,
increasing the emission velocity up to 30 m / s favoringthe dispersion and reducing the concentration of odoursusceptible to perception.

LABAQUA offers a comprehensive solution for allproblems related to Biogas. Measurements, laboratoryand detail engineering. THIOPAQ is a chemical scrubberfor the absorption of H2S, where the spent soda isregenerated by a bioreactor.
Less consumption of Soda. Better than 90% lower. Carbonates are not produced, as it works at pH = 8. Minor purge and no generation of toxic waste. Lower water consumption. Greater operational availability. Lower operating costs. No oxygen is added and the Biogas PIC is maintained. Wide range of flows and H2S concentrations. Nearly complete H2S removal (up to less than 25 ppm).
The Biogas enters the Scrubber and reacts with thewashing liquid containing soda.
H2S(g) + OH-(d) → HS-(d) + H2O The washing liquid is transferred to the bioreactor where
the formed sulfur passes to elemental sulfur by theaction of bacteria:
HS-(g) + ½ O2(g) → SO(s) + OH- Hydroxyl ions are formed which are recycled to the
scrubber, elemental sulfur is formed which can be usedas a fertilizer and / or biocide and a sulfur-free sodiumsalt purge that can be treated in the WWTP.
