Additive manufacturing processes play an important role in creating faster,

safer, lighter, and more efficient componets improving time to market

Tribology , new surface coatings and composites processes involved in the

subjects of friction, wear, and lubrication reported on the impact of wear,

corrosion, and friction on components which improve , manufacturing

productivity, and costs.

Lightweight activities : Streparava is focused on lightweight activities

in order to supply solution to autometive OEM’s in order to reduce

consuptiom, reduce CO2 emission and recyclability of EOL material

That’s why we decide in 2008 to invest in a new department of testing and prototype, to shorten in-house of all

activieties taht in the past were outsourced, gaining time, knowledge to supply new ideas,alternatives material, new

technologies.

From the road to the laboratory: we are capable of performing measurements on the vehicle running on

the road to acquire all needed time histories to reproduce the mission in the lab.

As standard we perform this activity through the use of the “state of the art” sensors like: wheel force

transducers (for forces and moments on the wheel hub), resistive position sensors, strain gauges,

accelerometers.

With our multi channel digital acquisition system we can acquire all signals at the same time without any

phase change. With software packages we can perform statistical analysis, digital filtering and signal

processing as well as fatigue analysis, experimental stress analysis, mission configuration and test file

iteration on the “road simulator”.

For some project we have already localize 100% of components to get local content as per customer’s requirements.

WCM (World Class Manufacturing) is customer oriented and plant improvement grass route methodology.

It basically familiar with worlds best TPS (Toyota Production System) in other ways we called it as Lean Manufacturing System.

WCM is invented by Japanese scientist called Hajime Yamashina, Professor Emeritus at Kyoto Universality in Japan, played a key role for

Chrysler, Fiat & Co (FCA).

He invented that in way of 7 steps. In WCM you can found 7 steps everywhere, where you want to make improvement.
