CORN CHAMOMILE Anthemis arvensis
A pretty annual that produces fragrant, white daisy-like flowers from May to August. It has
feathery leaves and grows to approximately 30cm tall. Great for bees and butterflies.
CORN COCKLE Agrostemma githago
A delightful annual that has been known in Britain since the Iron Age. Its magenta flowers
bloom from May to September and are attractive to pollinators, especially bees.
CORN MARIGOLD Glebionis segetum
A vibrant annual that blooms bright yellow daisy-like flowers from June to October. It has
ferny grey green foliage and can grow up to 1m tall. Great for bees, butterflies and moths.
RED CAMPION Silene dioica
An attractive perennial found in woodlands, hedgerows and along verges. Deep pink flowers
bloom from May to September and are attractive to bees, butterflies, moths and hoverflies.
MEADOWSWEET Filipendula ulmaria
This fragrant perennial is commonly seen on river banks and wet meadows and produces
sprays of densely packed creamy white flowers from June to September.
CORNFLOWER Centaurea cyanus
This annual wildflower favourite produces vibrant, bright blue flowers from June to August.
It can grow 60-80cm tall and perfect for attracting pollinators.
CORN POPPY Papaver rhoeas
A bright annual that has been seen in Britain as far back as the Bronze Age. Bold, papery red
blooms appear from June to August that are attractive to pollinators, particularly Bumble Bees.
WHITE CAMPION Silene latifolia
A common perennial found along hedgerows and roadside verges. It produces white flowers
from May to October. The flowers produce a delicate scent in the evening and attract moths.
COMMON MALLOW Malva sylvestris
A pretty perennial that produces deep pink 5 petalled flowers with purple stripes from June to
September. These nectar rich flowers provide a great food source for insects.

Our wildflower wedding favours are packed in small white
envelopes (approx. 9cm wide x 12.5cm tall) and available in
2 label designs. Each little packet can either contain 5g of a
single species listed below or a mixture of them all. Mixtures
are sown at 4g per m2 and single species are sown at 1g per m2 .
