Our Group Physical Training range can be used in conjunction with our range of individual fitness trail items to enhance a course’s potential and are a popular option within Military Training and Defence Authorities.Whether you require the ability to exercise a full platoon of up to 30 individuals,

or smaller groups at individual stations, FLP have the capability of providing a

solution for your group training needs.

FITNESS LEGACY ZONETo complement our range of traditional timber fitness products, FLP are proud to offer the newly designed Fitness Legacy Zone (FLZ) range of dynamic outdoor steel fitness products.

Bringing the fitness experience to a whole new level, the FLZ range is suitable for youths over 1.4m up to adult beginners and primed athletes alike. Improve balance and coordination, strength and flexibility in a dedicated outdoor space where you can encourage new pursuits and adapt existing ones.

The Fitness Legacy Zone range is offered in colour schemes Yellow and Black or Green and Cream, but can be specified to suit varying colour combinations and design layouts. Each product carries a QR code which can be scanned to reveal action footage via You Tube giving you guidance on the correct use of the equipment.

All FLZ products comply to EN16630:2015 standard.

13-14 FITNESS LEGACY ZONE


STEP BOX MULTI GYMA multi-functional piece of apparatus designed for step ups, triceps dips and abdominal curls, as well as incline and decline press ups. Muscle groups worked include arms, core, legs (calf and quads), plus chest and shoulders.

TRIPLE HURDLESDesigned to allow classic hurdle sprints, but also for inline and sideways plyometric jumps or bunny hops. Experienced users can also perform tricep dips, incline/decline press ups.

STRENGTH WHEELThe Strength Wheel exercises the upper body by giving resistance when used with an oppo and is excellent for exercising arms and chest.

EXERCISE BIKEThe Pedal Cycle provides classic cardiovascular exercise and also increases flexibility in the lower body.

TRIAX POLE The TRX Pole is used for suspension training, deploying the user’s own portable TRX. TRX workouts help build functional strength, but will also help improve anaerobic, cardiovascular endurance.

SKIERThe Skier is designed primarily for a cardiovascular workout. It also helps to improve muscle tone in the legs and arms.

SURFERDesigned for core, abdomen and leg development, as well as providing a sustained cardiovascular workout.

SPACE WALKERThe Space Walker is excellent for a cardiovascular workout. Its use also develops flexibility and strength in the hips with low impact.

BODY TWISTERThe Body Twister is designed to increase and develop flexibility and the range of movement in the hips, waist and abdomen and can be used by three people at the same time.

TRIPLE PULL-UPSDesigned to strengthen upper body elements, particularly the core muscle groups, as well as arms, back and shoulder muscles.

SIT-UP BENCH - SINGLEThis type of exercise works the abdomen and legs, particularly the quadriceps muscles in the front of the thighs.

RECUMBENT BIKEThe Recumbent Bike provides cardiovascular exercise and helps to increase strength whilst putting less stress on knees and hips.

HORSEBACK RIDERThe Horseback rider is a more upright version of a Rower and particularly focuses on the legs, core, arms and shoulders. This is an excellent unit for a cardiovascular workout and will help develop balance and co-ordination.

ROWERThe Rower is a classic item designed for a full toning workout with cardiovascular benefits.

HAND & PEDAL BIKEThe double unit provides two different types of exercises in the one unit, with an emphasis on co-ordination.

SURFACING SOLUTIONS

SAFAGRASS Safagrass is a honeycomb matting which is easy to install, competitively priced and unobtrusive. It is ideal for installation beneath fitness equipment and can be used for high wearing walkways across grassed areas to protect against erosion.

• Absorbs shock and noise.

• Critical fall heights tested by RAPRA of up to 3m.

• Protects surface areas around equipment against wear and tear.

• No special skills or tools needed allowing quick and easy installation.

• No costly base works required.

• Ideal for green field sites, disappears from view once grass has re-grown.

• Can be used on flat or contoured landscapes.

• Large openings of 2.5cm diameter allow liquid and debris to drain, keeping surface dry and clean.

• Tested to EN1177: 1998 Critical Fall Height.

• A 1.5m x 1m sheet allows easy handling of materials on site.

Note: Please check the suitability of this product prior to installation, as the critical fall height figure will be affected by soil type, moisture and grass.

17-18 SURFACING SOLUTIONS


FIBREFALL Our colour coated mulch produced from recycled tyre rubber gives a natural and stunning eco appearance to safety surfacing.Our Rubber Fibrefall mulch is a hard wearing, all weather rubber surfacing constructed with resin bonded recycled material, and complies with EN1177.

It provides a continuous surface and can be installed onto a wide range of substrates including turf, tarmac and concrete and benefits from requiring minimum baseworks and area preparation.

Rubber Fibrefall surfacing is mixed using a high percentage of resin per Kg of material which provides a wetter mix, this is then roller laid providing a better longer lasting surface than those laid by trowel.

Available in Mahogany Red, Earth Brown and Forest Green.

As an impact absorbing surface the system has been tested and is classified in accordance with BSEN:1177(2008) for critical fall heights.

• Our Rubber Fibrefall is an all weather rubber surfacing constructed with resin bonded recycled material.

• It provides a continuous surface and can be installed onto a wide range of substrates including turf, tarmac and concrete.

• Requires minimum baseworks and area preparation.

• Fully porous and maintenance free, no costly topping up of material or regular raking required.

• Provides the ideal solution to tricky tree roots where excavation is a problem.

• Durable and environmentally friendly.
