centered around extracting heat from the LEDs and sourcing high quality
components that will assure a long service life. The results of our efforts
are cool running luminaires that will deliver many years of service to
our customers.

Housing. The housing is the biggest aluminum mass in the fixture and it is exposed to the outside air. Transferring the heat to the housing gives mass and air flow to the cooling process.
Cooling Pads. Thermal compounds are widely used for surface to surface temperature transfer between LEDs and heat sinks. But the application of these compounds is a critical process that is often not done consistently leading to uneven thickness and reduced temperature transfer.
AccuLite fixtures utilize cooling pads that are manufactured to the exact thickness needed with 100% consistency, eliminating the need for difficult and often inaccurate thermal compound application processes.
Low driving currents. Less current equals lower temperature. The driving technology is managed to tailor the current running through the LEDs for maximum component life.
