This image was taken at Outlook Festival in Croatia 2013. The

photograph was taken by Srecko Niketić during the night life of the

festival. I chose this image due to its fruitful colours and use of contrast.

A range of artificial light is being used to illuminate the scene, the light is

also reflecting off the water giving an attractive effect. The lighting of the

photo also creates silhouettes of people dancing and having a great

time. The colours that are visible are made a lot more attractive due to

the darkness around the edges of the picture, which helps frame the

picture well. The image has a central focus and uses a low camera

angle to capture the image as if you were one of the people stood in the

crowd. I feel that the energy of the festival is captured perfectly in this

image and the vibe looks very entertaining.
