SECTION |INTRODUCTION

1. Scope

This publication provides a listing on an overprinted DA Form 2062 (Hand Receipt) of accountable System/End Item, Components of EndItem (COEI), Basic Issue ITems (BII), and Additional Authorization List (AAL) items related toThe Trailer Mounted Generator Sets.

2. General

a. Section II is the overprinted DA "orm 2062listing the End Item/COEI, BII, and AAL itemsextracted from TM 5–6115-594-14&P. The listingsconsist of exactly the same items and are in thesame sequence as those listings in TM 5-6115594-14&P.

b. The overprinted DA Form 2062 will eliminate manual preparation of the form and willassist organizational in inventorying and accounting for property as required by AR 710-2.

c. Local reproduction of the overprinted DAForm 2062 is authorized. However, organizations

will comply with local policies in the reproduction

of DA Form 2062 by office copying equipment, fieldprinting plant, or duplicating plant facilities.d. Additional copies may be requisitioned fromthe US Army Adjutant General PublicationsCenter, 1655 Woodson Road, St. Louis, MO 63114in accordance with chapter 3, AR 310-2.

3. Explanation of Blocks and Columns(DA Form 2062)

a. From. Enter the organization designationfor which the property book is maintained.b. To. Enter the unit identification code andthe hand receipt file number of the unit receiving the property. The unit identification code is

not normally known by the procuring activity. Itwill have to be added in the field.c. Stock No. Enter the National stock numberof the item described.

d. Item description. Enter nomenclature, anypublication reference (to include issue date), andserial/USA number, if applicable, which will beuseful to identify and control the item.e. TºCa). Enter the total allowance authorizeda hand receipt holder by a MTOE, TDA, or otherauthorized media (pencil entry).

f. C*(t). Leave blank.g. Balance columns.(1) Enter the total quantity possessed by the

receiving unit for each item listed. All quantity

totals will be advanced to the next balancecolumn on any item changes, annotated “adjusted,” dated, and signed by the responsibleindividual.

(2) The individual receiving property willsign and date the appropriate balance columnon the bottom of the last page below a drawnline as shown. When an inventory is taken, thecolumn will be annotated “Per inventory.”h. Page No./No. of pages. Hand receipt holderwill date and initial each page number (onlywhen two or more forms are involved). Whenhand receipt holders change, the old initials willbe lined out and the new hand receipt holderwill initial each page.
