Medical Service Provider Referral: TrawellTag Cover-More will provide the contact details of medical service providers such as hospital, clinics, chemists, diagnostic centers, etc. This service is available worldwide excluding India. However, TrawellTag Cover-More will not be responsible for the outcome of services availed from the recommended providers.

Travel Assistance As an avid traveller, you may want to enjoy local events and explore other entertainment avenues at your place of travel. TrawellTag Cover-More offers lifestyle assistance including details of cultural and special events, public entertainment places and services anywhere in the world. YOU’RE EMPOWERED WITH:

Pre-trip Information Services: TrawellTag Cover-More will provide information on the city/location that the customer intends to visit, including required documentation, general country information (sightseeing, telecommunication modes, voltage), inoculation, airport & terminal information, city distances, public transport information, trip planning, local cultural information, etc. This service is available worldwide excluding India.

Weather & Exchange Rate Information: TrawellTag Cover-More will provide information regarding the local weather conditions for the next 3 days of the location that the customer intends to visit. Updated information on exchange rates for the country that the customer intends to visit will also be provided. This service is available worldwide excluding India.

Embassy/Consulate Referrals: TrawellTag Cover-More will provide information regarding the addresses & telephone numbers of nearest consulate / embassy of customer’s home country or the location the customer intends to visit. This service is available worldwide excluding India.

Lifestyle Assistance – Overseas*

On your trip abroad, you may want to explore options of enhanced lifestyle experiences such as attending concerts, trying out at a famous eatery, etc. TrawellTag Cover-More’s lifestyle assistance overseas acts as a personal assistant at the end of the phone for today’s evolved traveller. YOU’RE EMPOWERED WITH:

Special Events and Performance Assistance: TrawellTag Cover-More will assist in procuring tickets/passes for special events/performances within India or in foreign countries. This will, be done on a best-effort basis & tickets cannot be guaranteed in case of sold-out events. This service is available worldwide excluding India.

Dining Referral for Indian Restaurants: If requested, and whenever possible, TrawellTag Cover-More will assist in making reservations on behalf of the member; recommending restaurants suitable to people with special needs (SPECIAL DINING). This service is available worldwide excluding India.

Gift / Flower Delivery Assistance: TrawellTag Cover-More will assist in arranging delivery of flowers/gifts to the customer’s family or business associates for special occasions like birthdays/anniversaries/festivals (incl. Cake/Chocolates). This service is available worldwide excluding India.

Courier Service Assistance: TrawellTag Cover-More will assist the customer/customer's family in sending letters/parcels to family/friends/business associates in foreign countries, by recommending an appropriate courier service in the customer's family's location. This service is available worldwide excluding India.

Messenger Service Assistance: TrawellTag Cover-More will assist the customer in sending messages to family/friends/business associates in the shortest possible time. This service is available worldwide excluding India.

Business Services: TrawellTag Cover-More will assist the customer in arranging a conference/meeting room in the desired location along with interpreter services (if needed). All payments will be the direct responsibility of the customer. This service is available worldwide excluding India.

Sporting Events Reservation Assistance: TrawellTag Cover-More will assist the customer by providing referrals of providers to procure tickets/passes for sports events/performances in foreign countries. This will, be done on a best-effort basis & tickets cannot be guaranteed in case of sold-out events. This service is available worldwide excluding India.

Domestic Roadside Assistance

With the advent of road trips the chances of being stuck without assistance due to a car breakdown also increases and there is a need of immediate for response to put your travel plans back on track.

TrawellTag Cover-More offers roadside Assistance Services that includes the following referral or arrangement or both arrangement and referral services for customer/customer's family traveling within India. TrawellTag Cover-More has service providers spread across 100+ cities in India. All third party expenses are to be borne by the customer/customer's family.

YOU’RE EMPOWERED WITH:

Minor on the Spot Repair: In the event that a customer/customer's family's vehicle breaks down due to any mechanical / electrical fault and if immediate repair on the spot is deemed possible, TrawellTag Cover-More will assist by arranging for a vehicle technician to the breakdown location. This service is available across India, except Islands, Jammu & Kashmir and North Eastern states.

Breakdown Services & Towing: In the event that a customer/customer's family's vehicle breaks down and is immobilized on the road, TrawellTag Cover-More will assist in making arrangements for the vehicle to be towed to the nearest authorized/designated garage if immediate repair on the spot is not possible. This service is available across India, except Islands, Jammu & Kashmir and North Eastern states.

Flat Tyre Service: In the event that a customer or the customer's family’s vehicle is immobilized due to a flat tyre/tyres, TrawellTag Cover-More will assist by organizing for a vehicle technician to replace the flat tyre with a spare stepney tyre at the location of breakdown. This service is available across India, except Islands, Jammu & Kashmir and North Eastern states.

Battery Service / Jumpstart: In the event that a customer/customer's family's vehicle breaks down due to a dead/run down battery, TrawellTag Cover-More will assist by organizing for a vehicle technician with a spare battery to attempt jump start at the location of the event. This service is available across India, except Islands, Jammu & Kashmir and North Eastern states.

Emergency Fuel Delivery: In the event that a customer/customer's family vehicle runs out of fuel and hence immobilized, TrawellTag Cover-More will assist by organizing a vehicle technician to supply emergency fuel (up to 5 liters on a chargeable basis) at the location of breakdown. This service is available across India, except Islands, Jammu & Kashmir and North Eastern states.

Keys locked inside: In the event that a customer/customer's family is immobilized due to vehicle keys being locked inside, TrawellTag Cover-More will assist by organizing for a vehicle technician to open the car without keys or retrieve the spare keys of the car. This would be subject to proof of identity and ownership of the vehicle. This service is available across India, except Islands, Jammu & Kashmir and North Eastern states.

Lost Keys: In the event the customer is immobilized due to vehicle keys getting lost, TrawellTag Cover-More will assist the customer / customer’s family by organizing to tow the vehicle to a nearest safe place. This would be subject to proof of identity and ownership of the vehicle. This service is available across India, except Islands, Jammu & Kashmir and North Eastern states.

Domestic Medical Assistance

A medical emergency at an unknown destination, while you are travelling within India and may arise at anytime and you may not be able to take care of yourself without help TrawellTag Cover-More’s domestic medical assistance comes to your rescue during such situations. YOU’RE EMPOWERED WITH: The Medical Assistance Services include the following referral or arrangement or both arrangement and referral services for customer/customer's family (spouse & children) within India.

Telephone Medical Information: TrawellTag Cover-More will offer medical information of a non-diagnostic, non-treatment nature such as disease outbreaks, vaccinations, etc. to the customer/customer's family. This service is available across India except islands.

Medical Service Provider Referral: TrawellTag Cover-More will provide the contact details of medical service providers such as hospital, clinics, chemists, diagnostic centers, etc. However, TrawellTag Cover-More will not be responsible for the outcome of services availed from the recommended providers. This service is available across India except islands.

Arrangement of Home Nursing Care: TrawellTag Cover-More will arrange for nursing care to be provided at the customer/customer's family's residence. This service is available in fewer parts of India except islands.

Lifestyle Assistance – Within India*

You can explore enhanced lifestyle experiences such as attending concerts, eating out at fancy restaurant, etc. even while you’re travelling within India. TrawellTag Cover-More’s lifestyle assistance within India acts as a personal assistant at the end of the phone for today’s traveller TrawellTag Cover-More will coordinate and arrange/refer for the below mentioned services through appropriate service providers for the customer/customer's family (spouse & children) in India. Services will be provided on a best effort basis and are subject to availability of the appropriate services providers to render the services.

Flower Delivery Assistance: TrawellTag Cover-More will assist the customer/customer's family by arranging for delivery of flowers to their family or business associates for special occasions like birthdays/anniversaries/festivals.This service is available across India, except Islands, Jammu & Kashmir and North Eastern states.

Dining Referral and Reservation Assistance: TrawellTag Cover-More will assist the customer/customer's family by providing the contact details of restaurants in major cities in India. If requested, and whenever possible, TrawellTag Cover-More will also facilitate in making the reservation on behalf of the customer/customer's family; recommending restaurants suitable for people with special needs (SPECIAL DINING). This service is available across India, except Islands, Jammu & Kashmir and North Eastern states.

Courier Service Assistance: TrawellTag Cover-More will assist the customer/customer's family in sending letters/parcels to family/friends/business associates within India, by recommending an appropriate courier service at the member's family's location. This service is available across India, except Islands, Jammu & Kashmir and North Eastern states.

Special Events and Performance Assistance: TrawellTag Cover-More will assist the customer/customer's family in procuring tickets/passes for special events/performances within India. This will be done on a best-effort basis and hence, tickets cannot be guaranteed in case of sold-out events. Payments are to be made directly by the customer/customer's family. This service is available across India, except Islands, Jammu & Kashmir and North Eastern states.

Locksmith Assistance: In the event that a customer/customer's family is locked out of his house, TrawellTag Cover-More will recommend a locksmith to assist the customer/customer's family. TrawellTag Cover-More can also arrange this service upon the customer’s request. Payment to the locksmith are to be made directly by the customer/customer's family as applicable. This service is available across India, except Islands, Jammu & Kashmir and North Eastern states.

Plumbing Assistance: In case of a plumbing problem such as leakages or clogged pipes/drains, TrawellTag Cover-More will recommend a plumber to assist the member / member's family. TrawellTag Cover-More can also arrange this service upon request from the customer/customer's family. Payment to the plumber are to be made directly by the member / member's family. This service is available across India, except Islands, Jammu & Kashmir and North Eastern states.

Electrical Assistance: In case of an electrical problem like a short circuit or faulty wiring, will recommend an electrician to assist the customer/customer's family. TrawellTag Cover-More can also arrange this service upon request from the customer/customer's family. Payment to the electrician are to be made directly by the customer/customer's family. This service is available across India, except Islands, Jammu & Kashmir and North Eastern states.

Pest Control Assistance: TrawellTag Cover-More will recommend an appropriate pest control service provider to the customer/customer's family. Payments are to be made directly by the customer/customer's family. This service is available across India, except Islands, Jammu & Kashmir and North Eastern states.

Home Cleaning Assistance: TrawellTag Cover-More will recommend an appropriate facility maintenance provider for home cleaning services. Payments are to be made directly by the customer/customer's family. This service is available across India, except Islands, Jammu & Kashmir and North Eastern states.

Electrical Gadget Repair Assistance: TrawellTag Cover-More will recommend the nearest electrical gadget repair shop/establishment for servicing/repair of damaged/faulty electrical goods. TrawellTag Cover-More will not undertake the responsibility of verifying warranty details. Payments are to be made directly by customer/customer's family. This service is available across India, except Islands, Jammu & Kashmir and North Eastern states.

Disclaimer:

TrawellTag Cover-More will not be liable for the quality or delay in the provision of services by the actual service provider.

The customer shall be responsible for any Service Charges (third party expenses) incurred, for and utilizing the assistance services. TrawellTag Cover-More shall merely be a facilitator and shall not be responsible for quality of services provided by the appointed third party vendors. Customer shall avail all assistance services (as applicable) from the assistance plan inception date to expiry date OR from the travel inception date to travel end date. The customer agrees that the payment for the services rendered and also the parts/ accessories which were used at the time of offering of services shall be made by the customer directly the Authorised Sub-Contractor. In case the customer fails to make the payment to the Subcontractor after offering of such services then TrawellTag Cover-More reserves the right to recover the money from the customer.

DESCRIPTION OF CRISIS ASSISTANCE SERVICES:

CAPTM is a travel assistance membership program provided to members. CAPTM members are

provided a number of benefits (listed below) and assistance for a wide range of crises (further

defined herein) that directly impacts or has the potential to impact a member during a period of

travel. CAPTM Membership benefits include:

• Health, Safety and Security Related Travel Alerts

• Response to Political Threats - extended to include civil threats caused by riots, strikes and civil

commotion.

• Response to Terrorism

• Response to Wrongful Detention

CAPTM is a travel assistance membership program, not an insurance policy. There will be no

reimbursements or indemnifications to members for any expenses incurred directly by a member.

In all communications, the CAPTM membership number issued upon activation of the membership

should be available. Failure to confirm active membership status may result in a delay or denial of

service.

During the term of the membership, CAPTM members enjoy on-demand access to a dedicated 24/7

Crisis Response Center (CRC) Hotline; where they can receive advice, and (if necessary) coordinated

in-country response services to provide assistance to the CAPTM member(s) directly impacted by the

covered crisis event.

Understanding CAPTM

Crisis: For the purposes of this membership program, a crisis means any decisive, unstable or

crucial time resulting from an unforeseen event, which has directly caused or has the potential to

cause serious bodily harm, detention or death to a CAPTM Member. Any Crisis or Crises arising out

of, based upon, or attributable to related, continuous or repeated events shall be considered to be

a single crisis for the purposes of this membership program.

Violent Crime: Any act or threat of violence to a CAPTM Member, which causes, or is likely to cause,

death or serious bodily injury.

Political Threat: The threat of action designed to influence the government or an international

governmental organization or to intimidate the public, or a section of the public; made for the

purposes of advancing a political, religious, racial or ideological cause. For the purposes of this

membership program, Political Threat is extended to mean civil threats caused by riots, strikes or

civil commotion.

Terrorism: Terrorism means an act, including but not limited to the use of force or violence and/or

the threat thereof, of any person or group(s) of persons, whether acting alone or on behalf of or in

connection with any organization(s) or government(s), committed for political, religious, ideological

or similar purposes including the intention to influence any government and/or to put the public, or

any section of the public, in fear.

Hi-Jack: Hi-Jack means the illegal holding under duress for a period in excess of six hours of a CAPTM

Member while travelling on an airplane, vehicle or watercraft.

Disappearance of Persons: Disappearance means the complete and unexpected loss of contact

with a CAPTM Member(s) during a period of travel for a period in excess of 48 hours.

Blackmail & Extortion: For the purposes of this membership program, Blackmail and Extortion

means the making of illegal threats specifically to a CAPTM Member to:

• Kill, Injure or Abduct a CAPTM Member

• Damage Property

• Disseminate, Divulge or use Trade Secrets

By persons who then demand a payment as a condition of not carrying out such threats.

Wrongful Detention: Wrongful Detention means the involuntary confinement of a CAPTM Member

by any person(s) acting as agents of or with the tacit approval of any government or governmental

entity or acting or purporting to act on behalf of any insurgent party, organization or group.

Kidnap for Ransom: Kidnapping means any event or connected series of events of seizing, detaining

or carrying away by force or subterfuge of one or more CAPTM Member(s) by any third party for the

purpose of demanding a Ransom.

Natural Disasters: Any event or force of nature that has catastrophic consequences and causes

great damages and the potential to cause a crisis to a CAPTM member. This means an avalanche,

landslide, earthquake, flood, forest or bush fire, cyclone, hurricane, tornado, tsunami, volcanic

eruption or other similar natural events that give rise to a crisis if noted and agreed by Service

Provider.

Pandemics: Any sudden outbreak of one or more causative organism(s) belonging to the same

genus or species that is infectious or contagious, to which the CAPTM Member is exposed outside his

or her Permanent Country of Residence, threatens the life or long-term health of the CAPTM

Member, and becomes widespread affecting a whole region, a continent or the world.

The infectious or contagious disease hereunder includes, but is not limited to, those defined by the

relevant Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare and/or the World Health Organization (WHO).

Period of Travel: From the time the CAPTM Member leaves the port or airport in the country of

his/her home or place of business for the purpose of traveling to a foreign country, whichever the

earlier, to the time of return to the port or airport in the country of his/her home or place of

business, whichever the later, not to exceed 90 days.

Crisis Consultation & Response Services

Subject to the limitations on services described herein, CAPTM memberships include, at no

additional cost, crisis consultation and (if necessary) coordinated in-country response services

during a period of travel. With ALL crisis events defined herein, the goal of the assistance provided,

is to get CAPTM members to safety and bring closure to a crisis event that impacts or has the

potential to impact a CAPTM member during a period of travel. Crisis consultation and coordinated

in-country response services for the crisis events defined herein may include, but are not limited to:

Violent Crime: Advice and possible deployment of a crisis consultant to provide assistance in

seeking safety, medical attention if needed, emergency message relay and coordination with law

enforcement to investigate the crime committed against a CAPTM Member.

Political Threat: Advice and possible deployment of a crisis consultant to provide assistance in

seeking safety, deployment of additional crisis consultant(s) and security personnel to assist with

sheltering in place and evacuation away from the impacted area.

Terrorism: Advice and possible deployment of a crisis consultant to provide assistance in seeking

safety, emergency message relay, medical attention if needed and the deployment of security

personnel to ensure adequate security of a CAPTM Member directly impacted by a terrorist incident.

Hi-Jack: Advice and possible deployment of a crisis consultant to coordinate with local law

enforcement and/or government officials to affect the safe release of a CAPTM Member and bring

resolution to the hi-jacking directly impacting a CAPTM Member.

Disappearance of Persons: Advice and possible deployment of a crisis consultant to investigate the

disappearance of a CAPTM Member with the goal of locating the CAPTM Member and returning said

Member(s) to safety.

Blackmail & Extortion: Advice and possible deployment of a crisis consultant to investigate and

bring resolution to the blackmail or extortion threat directly impacting a CAPTM Member.

Wrongful Detention: Advice and possible deployment of a crisis consultant to work towards the

release of the CAPTM Member being wrongfully detained. Emergency message relay, legal referrals,

limited legal expenses and interpreter if needed.

Kidnap for Ransom: Advice and possible deployment of a crisis consultant to consult with the

family of and/or the employer of a CAPTM Member that has been kidnapped for ransom to affect

the safe release of said CAPTM Member.

PLEASE NOTE, BECAUSE CAPTM IS NOT AN INSURANCE POLICY, THE REIMBURSEMENT OF A

RANSOM / EXTORTION PAYMENT IS NOT AVAILABLE UNDER THE CAPTM MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM.

Natural Disasters: Advice and possible deployment of crisis consultant(s), security personnel and

transportation assets to assist a CAPTM Member directly impacted by a natural disaster as defined

herein.

Pandemics: Advice and possible deployment of crisis or medical consultant(s), security personnel

and transportation assets to assist a CAPTM Member directly impacted by a pandemic as defined

herein.

Additional Membership Benefits

CAPTM is a membership program and not an insurance plan. Expenses incurred by the Members on

their own will not reimbursed. Certain required and reasonable “additional costs” incurred by

CAPTM Crisis Consultant(s) during the response to an eligible crisis event directly impacting a CAPTM

Member during a period of travel shall be however, addressed. Necessary expenses needed to

satisfy the requirements of the response service are subject to limitations further defined herein.

Additional costs that may be required to affect a positive outcome to an eligible crisis event

include:

• Emergency Political Evacuation Costs

• Legal Referrals and Fees

• Fees and expenses of an independent interpreter

• Costs of relocation travel and accommodation

• Fees for emergency medical care of a CAPTM member at or near the location of the crisis event

• Fees and expenses of security personnel temporarily deployed solely and directly for the

purpose of protecting CAPTM members located in the country where a crisis event has occurred.

All costs associated with deploying CAPTM Crisis Consultant(s) to the impacted location to manage a

required response are covered in the membership fee and not subject to the limitations under

“additional costs” (e.g. airfare, visas, ground transportation, lodging, meals, etc.).

Limitations on Services

General Limitations on Services;

• Crisis Consultation (Phone Advice) – Unlimited

• Coordinated In-Country Response (Annual Membership) – Two (2) Responses Per Member, Per

Year

• Coordinated In-Country Response (Single Trip Membership) – One (1) Response Per Member,

Per Trip

CAPTM services are not available to a Member if and/or when:

• In respect of Wrongful Detention, any actual or alleged violation of the laws of the host country

or a failure to maintain and possess duly authorized and issued required documents and visas

occurs, unless it is determined that such allegations were intentionally false, fraudulent, and

malicious and made solely to achieve a political propaganda or coercive effect upon or at the

expense of the CAPTM Member(s);

• A Kidnapping of a CAPTM Member by a Relative occurs or as a result of a domestic dispute;

• A CAPTM Member has had kidnap insurance cancelled or declined in the past;

• Any Kidnapping of a CAPTM Member who has been kidnapped in the past;

• Any Kidnapping, Blackmail or Extortion of a CAPTM Member in their Permanent Country of

Residence;

• War, whether declared or not, between any of the following countries, namely, China, France,

the United Kingdom, the Russian Federation and the United States of America, or War in Europe,

whether declared or not, other than Civil war;

• Any enforcement action by or on behalf of the United Nations, in which any of the countries

stated above or any armed forces thereof are engaged;

• Any response to a CAPTM Member determined to be illegally engaged in armed combat.

This Membership Program does not cover:

• Loss or destruction of or damage to any property whatsoever or any loss or expense whatsoever

resulting or arising therefrom or any consequential loss.

• Any legal liability of whatsoever nature directly or indirectly caused by or contributed to, by or

arising from:

• Ionizing radiations or contamination by radioactivity from any nuclear fuel or from any nuclear

waste from the combustion of nuclear fuel.

• The radioactive, toxic, explosive or other hazardous properties of any explosive nuclear assembly

or nuclear component thereof.

• Reimbursement of a ransom and/or extortion payment.
