3. THE XFM EVENTPreparing for Your Event

X On the day of your XFM event, take some time to make sure you are fully prepared. You want your guests to feel relaxed and welcome when they arrive, so create a casual, comfortable atmosphere in the room.

X Choose some music to play while your guests arrive.

X Prepare snacks and drinks with NutriVerus powder using the recipes provided: Two or three dips to serve with veggies, whole-grain crackers or chips; fruit smoothies or juices.

X Have your XFM DVD ready to play.

X Have enough order forms on hand for the number of people attending. (Remember, you can always download more at Library.Mannatech.com/XFM and print them out on your own.)

X Optional: Prepare additional literature and/or product displays for the products shown on the order forms.

During the Event

Once you have everything prepared, follow the event Checklist closely to ensure you maximize your success. Most importantly, keep it simple and HAVE FUN!

4. FOLLOW UP It is so important to follow up with each of your guests after the event with a personal thank you for attending. You can do this in person, by phone, text message or send them an eCard using the Navig8 Email Compiler.

If they booked an XFM event of their own or chose to become a Mannatech Associate, help them get started with their first XFM event by duplicating exactly what you have just done.
