Submitting Package
There are four criteria which must be met before you may submit
a CEDRI package: One registered Certifier for the CEDRI program
service has access to the submittal
User submitting package is registered as a Certifier or a
Delegated Certifier
A facility has been selected and set for the submission
package
All reports within the submission package have the status of
‘Pending Signature’
When criteria are met, the ‘Submit’ button will be activated

Sampler Information Check locations that may have moved
Check that Regular/Extra monitors are identified correctly
Sources of interference
Method 325A Section 4.1: Passive tube samplers should be sited
at a distance beyond the influence of possible obstructions such as
trees, walls, or buildings at the monitoring site … You must
document and report siting interference with the results of this
method.

Add any missing samples (damaged, animal knocked down, lab
error, etc.) Enter at bottom of sample results tab
with an explanation
Separate document identifying missing samples with
explanation
Create a Pivot Chart in new tab of workbook to identify missing
