Beam Loss Monitors for Collimators

• Before LS1, 310 monitors were installed• 155 ICs

• 97 were connected to BIS

• 152 SEMs• 3 LICs

• Monitors were placed in 47 families• 26 IC, 18 SEM and 3 LIC

• 49 ICs and 49 SEMs on empty slots • For SEMs and LICs the thresholds were set

to maximum, none were connected to BIS
