Who is John Arcuri

Lived in Hurst most of my life, HEB schools.

US Air Force Veteran. 10 years experience working for a large

public agency. Volunteer in youth sports. Conservative - Christian viewpoint, low

taxes and less Government.

Why I am running for Mayor?

Long time desire to represent the citizens of Hurst.

Bridge the gap between the current council members and the next generation of council members.

MAIG List concerns Again, REPRESENT the citizens!!!

I would not have supported:

Spending 17+ million on “community meeting facility” now known as Convention Center.

A group of Mayors diluting our 2nd Amendment right.

Personal property taxes on leased vehicles.

Major road work projects on Precinct Line and Pipeline concurrently.

What I would I do different?

Communicate with, and represent the citizens and current business owners?

Place a higher priority on widening Pipeline Rd. and neighborhood revitalization efforts.

Promote a loyalty program to reward residents for shopping and dining in Hurst.
