Objective

TMSforce’s primary business focuses on optimization software which allows our clients to make intelligent business decisions. However, there are times when we must perform a RFP, in order to establish the foundation of pricing options. Through this Request for Pricing (RFP) process, TMSforce seeks to achieve, establish and contract highly competitive FTL pricing for the purchase of transportation services on behalf of Orica.

• We are NOT a 3rd Party Logistics firm. • We are NOT a freight bill audit firm. • Nor do we mark up your proposed pricing to our clients.

For this project, we simply:

1. Perform the RFP 2. Collect and analyze the proposals 3. Determine our recommendations based upon both Price and Quality of service. 4. Establish a Master Agreement and Pricing Appendices, specific to each unique

client. 5. Extend TMSfirst mobile apps to provide full visibility to all shipments by truckers

in our TMSfirst software. We would like to invite you to participate in this process by responding to this RFP
