stEp 3. purchasE Your personal New Home Specialist will personally guide you step by step through the purchasing process. exciting stages. Our Verity VIP Design Center Experience features a welcoming and radiant Design Studio with professional Specialists to help guide you through the selection process with clear pricing information while showcasing our beautiful included features and products.

stEp 5. constructIon An exciting aspect of purchasing a new home is being able to watch it come to life. Our team will contact you at various stages of construction to inform you of the progress of your home. We will work with you and your lender to set a closing date. Get ready to begin planning the move in!Pre-Construction Conference - Meet your Builder! And, let’s get right into the nitty-gritties. You’ll have a comprehensive review of your final plans and specifications as well as the building process itself. We will discuss such things as, trade contractor communication, change orders, and review & answer any questions you may have.

Plan Verification - We listened to you, red-lined any floor plan changes, highlighted important factors. It’s time to verify the final construction package to ensure your home is built just the way you expect. Start packing your boxes…it’s time to start prepping for your move!

Ground Breaking - The first thing you might think is, “That hole in the ground looks so small!” Don’t worry! Yes, it might, but you’ll have to trust this. The ground breaking was exactly the right size. This won’t be the first time you might feel this way. Your Verity Builder will contact you at various stages of construction to inform you of the progress of your home.

Frame Walk - You will feel the quality and care that went into your home the moment you step inside. Our talented team consists of local suppliers, engineers, sur-veyors, carpenters, mechanical trades and craftsmen all working to build your home. This frame walk marks one of the check and balances that takes place during construction to again confirm everything is in the right place.

Texture Update - From the beginning you had been told your Builder will be contacting you along the way…so far, so good. The texture update is simply one more safeguard in our outreach. This is also a great time to check with your finance lender. Your home closing is right around the corner.

stEp 6. closIngNew Home Orientation - It’s really true. You can open the door and envision yourself living here. It’s about 10 days prior to your closing and you want to

make sure things are done and done right. You’re on a set route with your Builder throughout the home to assure that we cover everything. Your Orientation provides you an all-encompassing demonstration of your new home. Plus, you’ll review key points about annual maintenance and warranty coverage.
