BOW SUPERPEX is designed with three distinct layers

for ultimate protection. The middle layer provides chlorine

resistance as well as UV light exposure resistance plus

the ability to provide unparalleled chlorine resistance after

exposure to UV light. The inner layer provides additional

chlorine resistance. The outer layer provides for a color-

coded system in red, white or blue while providing

protection similar to the middle layer.

BOW OXyPEX is designed for superior performance in radiant heating systems. Containing a high performance oxygen barrier, OXYPEX ensures long-term system performance.

OXYpeX meets DIN Standard 4726 as endorsed by the Hydronics Institute. Coil lengths up to 1000 feet are foot marked for installation convenience.

25 yEAR LIMITED WARRANTy

Subject to the conditions and limitations in this Limited Warranty, BOW guarantees its BOW SUPERPEX and OXYPEX pipe against defects resulting from faulty manufacturing for 25 years from the initial date of sale by BOW. BOW will not be liable for damages caused by raw materials or component defect failures.

Defects and failures must be reported to BOW within 30 days after such failure occurs. The claimant under this Limited Warranty will be required to return the product to BOW at claimant's expense for analysis by BOW. If the conditions of this Limited Warranty are met, BOW will ship, free of charge and freight prepaid, a quantity of product equal to the failed product or will reimburse the purchase price of the failed product at BOW's option. In no case, will claims for labor charges, consequential property damage or personal injury be honored.

This Warranty is the only Warranty made by BOW and is expressly in lieu of all other warranties expressed by anyone or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

The Limited Warranty will only apply:

¹· If the product is installed in accordance with good plumbing and heating practices, applicable code requirements and BOW's current published installation instructions and,

²· If the product is not misused, abused, kinked, mishandled, damaged, improperly stored, or improperly exposed to UV or exposed to excessive heat, cold or pressure or incompatible media

CONDITION OF SALES

OXYPEX

PRICES: Prices are subject to change without notice.All catalogue prices shown are list.

TERMS: 2% 30 days, net 45 days from date of invoice.Interest rate of 1-½% per month will be applied to overdue accounts.

FREIGHT: Freight is prepaid on orders totaling $2500.00 net.All products except ABS Pipe may be combined.

MINIMUM ORDER: The minimum order is $250.00 net.

BROKEN CARTONS: BOW will automatically ship full carton quantities.

BACKORDERS: All backorders are shipped unless otherwise indicated on the packing slip. Additions to backorders are not accepted.

RETURNED GOODS: All returns must be approved in advance and require a “Returned Goods Authorization”(RGA#) issued by BOW Customer Service.

Shipping instructions are provided on the Returned Goods Authorization Form. Returned goods are subject to a minimum 25% restocking charge.

No returns are allowed after six (6) months from date of invoice.

ORDER FULFILLMENT OR BILLING ERROR:Customer must notify BOW Customer Service of any error in filling or invoicing of an order within ten (10) days of receipt to preserve claim for adjustment.

DAMAGED OR MISSING GOODS:

All shipments are FOB BOW warehouse or other designated warehouse. Delivery to the carrier constitutes delivery to the customer. Customer must note on Bill of Lading or Freight Bill any damaged or missing goods and must file claim with the carrier.
