ThefollowinginstructionsassumeyouhaveFastbootandADBinstalled.

Step1

Youfirstneedtoflasharecoveryontoyourdevice.WerecommendusingTWRP.Pleasedownloadtherecoveryimagetoyourcomputer.Youcanfollowtheirinstructionstoflashrecovery,oryoucanreferencethesesteps:

Bootintofastbootmode.YoucandothisonyourOnePlusOnebyholdingdownthepowerbuttonandthevolumeupbutton.Whenyouseethefastbootlogo,connectyourdevicetoyourcomputer.

Step2

Unzipoxygenos_1.0.0.zip.Inthere,youwillseeaoxygenos_1.0.0.flashable.zipfile.Copyoxygenos_1.0.0.flashable.ziptoyourphone.OnaMac,youcanuseAndroidFileTransfer.

Step3

Bootintorecovery.YoucandothisonyourOnePlusOnebyholdingdownboththevolumedownkeyandthepowerbutton.

Step4

Onceyouareintherecoveryinterface,thefirstthingyouwanttodoisafactoryreset.Again,youwillloseallyourdatasopleasemakesureyouhavebackedupeverythingbeforedoingthis.

Step5

Afterthewipe,gotoinstallandfindoxygenos_1.0.0.flashable.zip.Confirmflash.ThiswillflashOxygenOSontoyourdevice.

Step6

Aftertheflashsucceeds,youcanrebootthedevice,whichwilltakeyoutothenewOxygenOS.Enjoy!

IfyoufindyourselfwantingtorollbacktoCM,MakesureyouhaveTWRPorCMrecoveryonthedevice.Anotherfactoryresetisneededbeforeflashingunfortunatelysomakesureyoubackupallofyourdata.
