Changing the Regional settings affects the way the programs displayand sort dates, times, currency and numbers. To have this informationdisplayed correctly, i.e. in the computer’s original language, you shouldreturn the Regional Settings to the original language (say English), butDON’T CHECK “Set as system default locales” check box.

This way your Windows NT system will keep the inner systeminformation for the new language, but the original interface settings, such as time, date and numbers display, will remain unchanged.
