Visit the Professional Accreditation webpage http://all.alcatel-lucent.com/static/learning/prof_acc/ - There you will find all documents related to professional Accreditation program. First go to the resource section where you will find all material related to the global program, Then go to the scroll down menu, select your job and region and you will find the list of

learning resources and supporting document specific to your job Download the Accreditation Guide and Application file. Read it carefully so that you know what

it takes to be accredited.Go To Our Talent for Competency self-assessment / Development plan, and to register to the Learning Track in the LMS In Our Talent, the employee performs her/his competency self-assessment, performs

her/his gap analysis related to the job role and adds to her/his development plan the Professional Accreditation Program corresponding to her/his job

The manager validates the self-assessment and development plan By clicking on the selected Accreditation Program, the employee will access the LMS

through the link in OurTalent The employee registers to the related certification in the LMS and attends required

trainings as part of the learning track specific to her/his job (manager approval is required for each training registration)

Fast Track : In case employee has followed similar course it is possible to get an equivalency (see more info at the end of this section)

Go To the Application tool Register to the program in the Application tool (See guideline here) In this site, the employee will first upload her/his CV and motivation letter in order that

her/his eligibility to be checked The employee will post its application file for review when completed

Development phase In this phase the candidate is asked to collect all necessary information to build the best

Application file he can (details on the track record, endorsement,…) Depending on the competency gap analysis, if any gaps are detected, the candidate

works on its own development plan : attending mandatory/recommended training courses , being formally mentored,…

E-Learning can be launched directly from the LMS, without manager approval (free of charge)

To register to classroom courses (Virtual and Face-To-Face), call the ALUniv Global Contact center

Jury/Board/HR & Manager Review (according to Job) The candidate has to prepare a presentation on her/his involvement on a chosen project

(for scenario B,C only) Depending on the Job (see next slide), decision of accreditation is taken by either Jury,

Review Board or by HR & Manager

2. Accreditation Scenario / JobA : Decision by

HR & Manager

Candidate submits an application file

Line manager and HR representative assess candidate based on application file and job experience.

B : Decision by a Review Board

Candidate submits a documented presentation and has a 15’ face to face Q&A session with the review board

Presentation is based on own concrete experience in a customer’s case/project to demonstrate her/his professionalism in the job.

The review Board consists in Business Leaders N-3/N-4 and HR representatives. Line managers don’t participate to decision.

C : Decision by a Jury Board

Candidate presents orally in front of 2 Jury members .

2h presentation is based on own experience in a customer’s case/project to demonstrate his professionalism in the job

5. How to request a training equivalence Case 1: the equivalence is already defined in the learning track

The equivalent courses already defined are listed under the icon in the learning track in the Professional Accreditation web page (as shown here above).

If you have followed one of these equivalent courses, your LMS certification will be automatically updated and the related learning item will be marked as completed.

No further action is required from you to validate the equivalence.
