Defining the grid:

Remember: The default 2D co-ordinate system is Z-X with Z axis positive direction facing upwards

For 2D models, set the number of grid spaces along Y axis to 0.

Use the menu: {Define → Combinations}

Please note that this is just a name, the same name you gave when you defined your load cases, e.g. ANY NAME from slides 6 & 13.

You can name your load combination anyway you like as long as you remember how you defined it.
