Head Chef Brendon Burrow has designed a

selection of delicious cocktail canapés for you

to choose from, with gluten free, vegan and

vegetarian requirements catered for.

If you would prefer something a little more

formal, we can tailor a set menu to suit your

needs and budget.

We have several areas to hold your next

event. From the secluded and private

courtyard to the Fairfield Bar, the Sports Bar

to the Mount Room, we’re sure to have a

space you’ll love.

The Paddington Alehouse is open for lunch and

dinner 7 days a week, plus the recent addition of

Sunday breakfasts.

We offer a wide variety of meals from traditional

pub grub to modern Australian cuisine.

Our spaces are perfect for any kind of event;

from Work Parties, Hens Nights / Bucks,

Conference, Quiz, Wakes, Birthdays,

Anniversaries.

This is the perfect location for Sundowners.

Situated to the right of the hotel and facing

Scarborough Beach Road, the secluded and

shady courtyard offers a private yet open

aired location for your group.

The relaxing waterfall and mist sprayers

make the Courtyard perfect for a warm

summer’s day.

Capacity: Cocktail – 60 guests | Sit­down –

40 guests

Located to the left of the main bar area, the

Fairfield Room has sweeping views to Fairfield

Street and Scarborough Beach Road, with full

access to the bar and our 150+ product range.

There are also two large flat screen TVs. This is

the perfect place to hold any celebration.

This area is ideal for large corporate

functions, award ceremonies,

Christmas parties or similar. It

includes the use of the Sports Bar

TAB terminals, sweeping views of the

city and surrounding Mount Hawthorn

area.

Sit­down 130 guests

A causal semi­private space that is great for the not­

so formal affair. Perfect for small stand up cocktail

events, with a Lounge that is good if someone does

need a seat.

Smart Tv in the area also is great for showing small

corporate displays; presentations or slideshows.

A great spot for corporate mixers or for family

reunions;

The space is flexible enough for any event.

The main dining room of the Paddington Alehouse is available for

your more upscale events; ideally utilised for exclusive use for

engagement parties, birthday dinners or other corporate events.

The heritage styling help to create that classy and moody atmosphere

you are seeking for your next event.

Depending on availability; The Courtyard or Lounge can also be

incorporated into the package to expand capacity to over 200 guests.

The Paddo is famous for the 141 Beer Hall of Fame and you could get your name on the

Hall of Fame  board too.

Complete a list of 141 different beers from around the world and become part of the

Paddo's rich history.

You can pre­pay for a minimum of 25

people to attempt in one sitting or

alternatively smaller groups can buy each

beer individually, over several sittings

*group bookings will receive complimentary 141 platters tohelp accompany the beers as they are consumed.

 Platters are worked out based on total number of patronsundertaking the group package.

At The Paddo you are welcome to choose from either a beverage package or a

consumption basis tab.

The below packages are charged at a per person rate. Ask our friendly staff if you require any

more information in regards to booking a Beverage Package.

1. CONFIRMATION OF BOOKING/DEPOSIT

A tentative booking will be held for a period of 5 days, after which time if written confirmation has not been

received the booking will automatically be released. A deposit of $200 is required within 10 days after written

confirmation has been received. If the deposit and confirmation form are not received by the due date, The

Paddington Alehouse reserves the right to cancel the booking and allocate the space to another client.

2. CONFIRMATION OF FINAL NUMBERS

It is advised to confirm final numbers for your function 7 days prior to the day of the function. Final numbers to be

provided a minimum of 3 working days prior to the function. Any guests that fail to arrive will incur a full charge

based on the set menu price agreed at confirmation.

3. CANCELLATION

In the case of an event cancelling the following terms and conditions are applicable:

For 60 days or greater notice, the deposit will be refunded in full.

Between 60­30 days notice, 50% of the deposit will be forfeited.

Between 10­30 days notice, the deposit will be forfeited.

Within 5 ­ 10 days notice, the cancellation fee will be 50% of the anticipated revenue originally stated on the

event sheet.

If 5 days or less notice, the cancellation fee will be 100% of the anticipated revenue originally stated on the event

sheet.

A change or postponement of an event will be considered a cancellation and the above charges will apply.

4. PAYMENT

All function accounts are requested to be paid with cash, credit card or bank cheque before or on the day of the

event; unless otherwise specified through written correspondence

If a pre­payment is not made, the venue requires a credit card to be held behind the bar for the duration of the

allocated event.

5. MINIMUM SPENDS

The Paddington Alehouse reserves the right to apply minimum spends where a space is specifically allocated for

a function. The amount will be stated in the confirmation letter if it applies.

6. FOOD AND BEVERAGE

A Food and Beverage Package must be confirmed 7 working days prior to the date of the event.

7. CONSUMPTION OF OUTSIDE FOOD AND BEVERAGE

No food or beverage of any kind will be permitted to be brought into the venue by the client or any other person

attending the function unless by prior arrangement with management.

8. EQUIPMENT, DECORATIONS AND ENTERTAINMENT

To personalise your function or for a unique atmosphere we are more than happy to arrange

special equipment, decorations or entertainment through our range of suppliers. Charges will apply dependent

on the arrangement.

9. PRICE VARIATION

Every endeavour is made to maintain our prices as originally quoted to you; however they are subject to change.

Should any increases occur, we will notify you immediately.

10. ACCESS TO VENUE

The client may gain access to the space up to 1.5 hours before the commencement of the function for any setup

that is required. The Paddington Alehouse must be notified at least 48 hours prior to the function regarding times

of arrival, equipment and areas that need to be accessed.

11. EXTRAS

Any extras, such as beverages on consumption are to be paid upon the completion of the function.

12. SECURITY

The client is responsible to conduct the function in an orderly manner and in full compliance with all applicable

laws. Mr Mason reserves the right to intervene or eject any or all guests from the function if their actions are

considered illegal, noisy or offensive.

13. SUPPLY OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES

The Paddington Alehouse reserves the right to refuse the supply of alcoholic beverages to any guest attending

the event that are considered to be under age, intoxicated or behaving in an offensive manner.

14. UNDERAGE GUESTS

Mr Mason reserves the right to ask underage guests to exit the venue at 9.30pm. All underage guests must be

with a legal guardian for the duration of the function.

15. RESPONSIBILITY

The client is financially responsible for any damage that is sustained to the venue or any other property owned

by or in the care and custody of The Paddington Alehouse, which is caused by the client or any other person

attending the function.

­ General and normal cleaning is including in the cost of the event, however additional charges may be payable if

the event has created cleaning needs above and beyond normal cleaning

­ The Paddington Alehouse does not accept responsibility for the damage or loss of goods left on the premises

prior to, during or after an even
