Public Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Blairsburg, Iowa, will meet in a regular session at the Council Chambers, on the 14th day of July, 2020, at 6:40 p.m., at which meeting the Council will consider various sales of portions of a previously vacated street owned by the City of Blairsburg, Iowa, and legally describedas follows:

West of Lake Street

The North 50.00 feet of Prospect Street, South of and adjacent to Block 14, McVicker and Tuttle’s Addition to Blairsburg, Hamilton County, Iowa, lying west of the west right-of-way line of Lake Street. Subject to any and all easements, be they of record or not.

AND

The South 30.00 feet of Prospect Street, North of and adjacent to Block 11, McVicker and Tuttle’s Addition to Blairsburg, Hamilton County, Iowa, lying west of the west right-of-way line of Lake Street. Subject to any and all easements, be they of record or not.

East of Main Street
